Package number: 4082--1999 HG/T3661.2-1999 This standard is formulated based on the existing relevant national standards and enterprise standards in my country, combined with the actual situation of various refineries in my country and the experience of promotion and application. The main technical indicators are: propane purity is greater than or equal to 95×10-2, sulfur content is less than or equal to 15mg/m; the determination of propane content and sulfur content in the test method is equivalent to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0230-1992 "Determination of liquefied petroleum gas composition (chromatographic method)" and SH/T0222-1992 "Determination of total sulfur content of liquefied petroleum gas (coulometric method)". Sampling, packaging, filling, marking, safety, storage and transportation requirements are all based on relevant national standards. This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Gas Standardization Technical Committee. The main drafting units of this standard: Harbin Welding Research Institute, Southwest Chemical Research and Design Institute. The drafting units of this standard are Harbin Refinery and Shanghai Shenheng Gas Company. The main drafters of this standard are Wen Zhonghe, Chen Yali, Wen Lixing and Shi Weizhen. 680 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Burning gases for welding and cuttingPropane Burning gases for welding and cuttingPropaneHG/T 3661. 2—1999 This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation, safety and storage of propane for welding and cutting. This standard is applicable to propane extracted from catalytic cracking gas in refineries, or propane obtained from oil and gas extraction and petroleum processing, and is mainly used for metal flame cutting and welding of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and carbon steel thin plates (less than or equal to 2 mm). Molecular formula: C, Hg Relative molecular mass: 44.097 (according to the 1997 International Relative Atomic Mass) 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. If any of the indicators in the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, double sampling shall be conducted from the same batch of products. If there is still one indicator that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified. Table 2 Sampling table Product batch, bottle Number of sampling bottles, bottle 51~100 101~500 5.3 Propane transported in pipeline form shall be sampled and tested at least once within 4 hours. When any of the indicators in the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the products within the 4 hours shall be unqualified. 5.4 Propane supplied by storage tanks shall be sampled from each storage tank for inspection. When any of the indicators in the test results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the product shall be unqualified. 5.5 The manufacturer or gas supply station shall ensure that all products meet the requirements of this standard. 5.6 The user has the right to conduct inspection and acceptance in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.7 When the supply and demand parties have any objection to the product quality, both parties shall jointly inspect and accept or apply for arbitration. 6 Packaging, marking and safety 6.1 The packaging container shall comply with the provisions of GB5100, and propane cylinders must be dedicated. 6.2 The filling shall comply with the weighing and measurement provisions of GB14193, and the filling coefficient is 0.41kg/L. 6.3 The storage and transportation of propane containers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels" and the "Regulations on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods". 6.4 The packaging markings of gas cylinders shall comply with the provisions of GB190.GB7144 and the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Gas Cylinders". The words "Propane for Welding and Cutting" shall be marked on the gas cylinder. 6.5 Safety 6.5.1 The use and management of propane for welding and cutting shall comply with the provisions of GB9448, GB13075 and the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Urban Gas". 6.5.2 Propane is a flammable substance. It is explosive when exposed to sparks or high heat. It is explosive when mixed with air or oxygen in a certain proportion. The explosion limit of propane in air is 2.3%~9.5% (volume fraction). 6.5.3 Gas cylinders containing propane cannot be transported or stored in the same vehicle with oxidizing substances such as oxygen. 6.5.4 Gas cylinders containing propane should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, and prevent direct sunlight. 6.5.5 When in use, it should be placed 10 m away from open flames and away from radioactive radiation sources. 6.5.6 The gas in the gas cylinder should not be exhausted. The gas cylinder returned for refilling should have a residual pressure of not less than 0.05 MPa. 6.6 Propane should be accompanied by a quality certificate when leaving the factory, the contents of which should include: a) product name; b) manufacturer name; c) production date and batch number; d) product mass (kg); e) code of this standard.
