Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies detailed rules for review of documents for pump design. Applicable to design quality assurance work. 2 General
2.0.1 The designer shall be a senior engineer, engineer, assistant engineer or technician with professional knowledge and experience in pumps. The designer must be familiar with the latest international, national and ministerial standards, specifications, regulations and technical conditions. 2.0.2 The reviewer shall be a senior engineer, engineer or assistant engineer with rich professional knowledge and practical experience in pumps. The reviewer must be familiar with the latest international, national and ministerial standards, specifications, regulations and technical conditions. The auditor shall be a senior engineer or engineer with rich professional knowledge and practical experience in pumps. The auditor must be fully familiar with the latest international, national and ministerial standards, specifications, regulations and technical conditions. 2.0.4
Designers, checkers and auditors must check whether the accepted conditions are complete and correct, and confirm that they are the latest versions. 2.0.5
After completing the self-check and verification, they must be signed and dated before they can be submitted to the auditor for review. 3 Engineering Design Regulations
The basis for the compiler is the general design regulations, design commencement report, engineering design basic data and user (owner) regulations.
The main points of self-check are:
Whether the main content meets the relevant requirements of "Instructions for the Preparation of Engineering Design Regulations for Pumps" (HG/T20704.7-2000)1
:
Whether the referenced standards, specifications and regulations are the latest versions: 2
Whether the design meets the specific conditions of the project and the regulations of the user (owner): 3
Whether the selection of materials meets the requirements of "Engineering Material Selection Regulations". 4
3.2 Verification
The key points of verification are the same as those in Article 3.1.2.
Verify whether the contents are complete and whether there are any errors. Verify whether the formulas, units, terms and writing formats used are in compliance with the unified regulations. 3.3 Audit
The auditor’s audit focuses on technical contents. 3.3.2
When the compiler and the verifier disagree on the technology, the auditor should organize consultation and make a ruling in a timely manner. 4 Summary table of expected energy consumption of machine pumps
4.1 Self-verification
4.1.1 Verify whether the process parameters in the estimation are complete and correct. 4.1.2 For pumps: Verify whether the selected type and model are advanced and reasonable: whether the manufacturer’s samples and materials used in the estimation are the latest versions; whether the power estimation formula, units, and selected efficiency are correct and reasonable; whether the calculated data are correct. 4.1.3 For compressors: Check whether the selected model is advanced and reasonable; whether the allocation of the number of sections, the adopted formula, unit, selected efficiency and coefficient in the power estimation are correct; whether the items of cooling water estimation are complete (including gas cooler, lubricating oil cooler, cylinder water jacket, etc.); check whether the heat load calculation of the cooler and the selection of cooling water temperature difference are reasonable, and whether the calculation data are correct; check whether the efficiency selected in the steam consumption calculation of the driving steam turbine is reasonable; whether the condenser water volume calculation is correct. 4.1.4 If there are any difficulties in the estimation process, timely consultation should be carried out with the verifier and auditor to reach a consensus. 4.1.5 During the engineering design stage, the compressor condition table and pump data summary table provided by the process system professional should be recalculated and modified. For the ordered machine pump, it should be modified according to the quotation technical document data. 301bzxz.net
4.2 Verification
4.2.1 Verify whether the process parameters in the estimation are correct. During the engineering design stage, it should be verified whether modifications have been made according to the conditions of the process system specialty, and whether modifications have been made to the ordered pumps according to the quoted data. 4.2.2 The technical content of the verification is the same as that of 4.1.2 and 4.1.3. 4.3 Audit
The focus of the audit is whether the pump shape is reasonable, and whether the formulas, efficiency, and temperature difference used in the estimation are reasonable. When the designer and the verifier have technical differences, the auditor should organize consultations and make decisions in a timely manner. 5 General Technical Provisions for Equipment
According to the requirements of the quality assurance procedures, the technical content in the general technical provisions for equipment shall be the responsibility of the pump specialty. The content involving procurement shall be the responsibility of the procurement department respectively. 5.1 Self
Check whether the documents used for preparation are complete, including engineering design regulations, basic engineering design data, etc. The main points of self-check are:
1 Whether the main content complies with the requirements of the general technical regulations for equipment in the "Format and Preparation Instructions for Technical Documents of Pump Professional Equipment (Inquiry, Ordering)" (HGT20704.10-2000); 2 Whether the names and codes of the referenced standards, specifications, regulations are correct and whether they are the latest versions; 3
Whether the contents of the design, materials, and manufacturing sections are consistent with the engineering design regulations and whether they comply with the requirements of the "Engineering Materials Selection Regulations\ and the requirements of the user (owner). 5.2 Verification
The main points of verification are the same as those in Article 5.1.2.
Verify whether the content is complete and whether there are any errors. Verify whether the referenced formulas, codes, units, terms and writing formats comply with unified regulations. 5.3 Review||tt ||5.3.1 The auditor’s audit focuses on technical content. 5.3.2 When the compiler and the checker have different opinions on technology, the auditor shall promptly organize consultations and make decisions. 5.3.3 When there are disagreements with various disciplines regarding procurement, inspection, etc., the auditor shall promptly report to the technical management department, which shall coordinate and make decisions. 6 Data Sheet
The pump data sheet includes the inquiry data sheet and the ordering (final) data sheet. The ordering data sheet is a data sheet that is completed after inquiring the manufacturer (merchant). The designer can also select and fill in the data sheet (mainly pumps and fans) based on the manufacturer’s samples and information.
6.1 Self-calibration
6.1.1 Check whether the filling of each column of process conditions in the data sheet is complete and correct Check whether it complies with the latest process data sheets, compressor condition sheets and pump data summary sheets published by chemical process and process system majors. 6.1.2 Check whether the selected pump is advanced and reasonable, whether the structure and materials comply with the engineering design requirements, whether the performance meets the process operation requirements, and whether the efficiency is high. 6.1.3 Check whether the columns in the data sheet are complete, and whether the content, data and units are correct. Check whether the capacity of the selected pump is appropriate. Whether it can meet the process requirements without being too rich, and whether the power of the drive 6.1.47
