CH/T 1009 This standard is compiled based on GB/T1.3-1997 Part: Regulations on the Compilation of Product Standards. Previous "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Rules for Drafting and Presenting Standards" Part 3 This standard is formulated to meet the needs of 1:10000 and 1:50 (000) digital orthophoto production, quality control and product distribution in digital surveying and mapping production and basic geographic information updating and database construction, with reference to the appendix of "1998 Interim Standard for Digital Production Technology" compiled by the State Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation in July 1998, and based on the current production technology level. This standard is issued for the first time in China This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation and is under the jurisdiction of the drafting unit of this standard: the Surveying and Mapping Standardization Institute of the State Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation. The main drafter of this standard: Jiang Zhanhong. 1 Scope Surveying and Mapping Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Digital products of fundamental geographic information 1:10000 and 1:50000 digital orthophotos1: 10 000.1 : 50 000 digital ortnophoto maps CH/T 1009-2001 This standard specifies the classification, product labeling, technical indicators and technical requirements of 1:10000 and 1:50000 digital ortnophoto map productswww.bzxz.net This standard is applicable to the production, quality assessment and product distribution of 1:10000 and 1:50000 digital ortnophoto map products in digital surveying and mapping production and basic geographic information update and database construction. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. It is one of the important components of my country's basic geographic information digital products. 4 Product classification 4.1 Classification Digital orthophoto map products are divided into two categories according to color. The classification and code are shown in Table 1. Approved by the State Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation on March 5, 2001 Implementation from April 1, 2001 4.2 Marking example Image color CH/T 1009 2001 Table"Digital Orthophoto Map Award Product marking is used on product packaging and product labels, etc. The product marking should include the product name, product classification code, frame number and the standard number of the adopted standard. The examples are as follows: a) 1:10000 monochrome digital orthophoto map digital orthophoto map H50G092005 b) 1:50000 color digital orthophoto map XXXXXXXXX Standard number of the adopted standard Frame frame number| |tt||Product classification code Product name Digital orthophoto map CJ50E017016 xxxxxxXxx--xxxx Standard number of the adopted standard Map sheet number Product classification code -Product name 5 Technical indicators 5.1 Spatial positioning reference system The positioning reference system of digital orthophoto map products shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T18315-2001. 5.2 Accuracy The mean error of the plane position of the digital orthophoto map shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T18315--2001, and twice the mean error is specified as its maximum error limit. The other technical indicators are shown in Table 2. Table 2 Technical indicators of digital orthophoto Image ground resolution Gradient (radiance resolution) Edge limit 6 Technical requirements 256 grayscale 1 or more Plain land, hilly land 5m Mountain, high mountain land 8m 1:10000 1:50000 256 levels 1 or more Plain land, hilly land 25m Mountainous land 40mm 6.1 The digital orthophoto map shall be extended to the four sides according to the map outline range specified in GB/T13989--1992 (about 10mm1 in Figure 1). The data shall be provided in units of rectangular coverage. 6.2 The images in the entire map and the entire basic geographic information database should have appropriate contrast and uniform color tone. The mosaicked digital orthophoto 390 CH/T1009-2001 images should not have obvious grayscale changes at the mosaic edge. 6.3 It should be joined with adjacent digital orthophoto images. The error of joining should not exceed the provisions of Table 2. After joining, there should be no image cracks or image blur. 6.4 The digital elevation model used for geometric correction of digital orthophoto images should meet the accuracy requirements specified in CH/T1008-2001. When there is no DEM that meets the accuracy requirements, a DEM with double the accuracy can also be used for image correction. The (field) control points and sensor calibration data should meet the requirements of GB12341--1992 and GB/T15661--1995. 6.5 The outline finishing content of the digital orthophoto map shall be implemented in accordance with GB15968--1995. The finishing style shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix B of GB15968---1995, excluding the image joint outline part. Necessary core elements and annotations may be added as needed. 6.6 The outline finishing and annotation parts of the digital orthophoto map can be stored in the form of vector or raster files or stored in layers. 6.7 Digital orthophoto map products should contain metadata. The metadata content and filling rules shall be implemented in accordance with (H/T1007--2001). 6.8 Digital orthophoto map products should include the image positioning point information in the data body header or in a separate file. 7 Product packaging Digital orthophoto map products use CDs as the main storage medium, and tapes or disks can also be used. The outer packaging must include trademarks, product marks, production units, production time, edition/year, price, etc. 8 Product testing method The testing method of digital orthophoto products shall be in accordance with GB/T18316---2001. 9 Product inspection rules (quality assessment procedures) The inspection rules of digital orthophoto products shall be in accordance with GB/T18316---2001. 10 Product distribution format The distribution format of digital orthophoto products shall be in accordance with GB/T17798-3--1999. 11 Confidentiality The production, distribution and use of digital orthophoto products shall be in accordance with the State Security Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations.
