Revision Notes
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. The specific work of the revision was organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, in conjunction with Chongqing Jianzhu University, national key machinery and equipment installation companies, machine tool users, various machine tool manufacturing institutes under the ministry, major machine tool manufacturers and the Second Installation Engineering Company of China Machinery Industry. During the revision process, the revision group carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original "Metal Cutting Machine Tool Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications"; fully investigated and understood the standardization and scientific research results of my country's machine tool manufacturing industry; absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in machine tool installation projects. Strictly follow the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to revise standards and specifications, and finally our department will review and finalize them together with relevant departments. This specification is divided into 15 chapters and two appendices. The main contents of the revision are: 1. According to the situation of my country's machine tool manufacturing, the scope of application of machine tool installation engineering construction and acceptance has been revised. Due to the large number of machine tools, their specifications, varieties and technical performance have changed greatly, and this specification cannot include all of them. Therefore, generally only the machine tools with a large number of uses, large usage, product technical conditions and precision standards, and representative installation projects are included in this specification. 2. The original specification was revised in the 1970s. Due to the limitations of the conditions at that time, there were many problems with the installation specifications. In recent years, most machine tool manufacturing accuracy standards have been close to international standards, and machine tool manufacturing standards equivalent to international standards have been formulated. Therefore, the inspection items, technical requirements, and inspection methods of various types of machine tools in this specification have been greatly revised. 3. The original specification states that the horizontality of the bed, the straightness of the bed in the vertical plane, the straightness of the bed guide in the horizontal plane, and the parallelism of the bed guide in the vertical plane are all major inspection items. The revised specification changes the horizontality of the machine tool to "installation level", and the straightness and parallelism of the bed guide are used as the prerequisites for the inspection of the geometric accuracy of the machine tool. Parts and transitional pre-adjustment accuracy, and are not important items for the acceptance of installation projects; while during the acceptance of machine tool installation projects, as long as the relevant geometric accuracy inspection is qualified, it is qualified. As for the "installation level" and pre-adjustment accuracy, whether it has changed or is within the allowable range, it is not necessary to re-inspect or adjust it. 4. Nouns, terms, shape and position tolerances, and measurement units have been greatly modified in accordance with the current national standards and the general rules for metal cutting machine tool inspection. During the implementation of this specification, if any modification or supplement is found, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the Management Group of "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Installation Engineering of Metal Cutting Machine Tools" of the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (Address: No. 227 Wangfujing Street, Beijing, Postal Code: 100740) for reference in future revisions. Article 1.0.2 This specification applies to the installation and acceptance of lathes, drilling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, gear processing machines, thread processing machines, milling machines, planing and slotting machines, broaching machines, special processing machines, sawing machines and combination machine tools. The installation project of machine tools should be completed from the unpacking of the equipment, through assembly, alignment, leveling, inspection of relevant geometric accuracy, no-load test run until the project is accepted.
Article 1.0.3 This specification stipulates that the inspection items of various machine tools are to inspect the geometric accuracy related to the installation of machine tools. When the relevant geometric accuracy does not meet the requirements of this specification, the pre-adjustment accuracy of the relevant components can be adjusted, but the pre-adjustment accuracy of the components does not need to be re-inspected during the delivery and acceptance. The pre-adjustment accuracy inspection should comply with the requirements of Appendix 1 of this specification. Article 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of this specification, the construction and acceptance of metal cutting machine tool installation projects shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards and specifications. The type, specification and layout of shims shall comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents. When there are no provisions, they shall meet the following requirements: 1. There shall be at least one group of shims near each anchor bolt; 2. The shim group should be close to the anchor bolt and the bottom of the main force-bearing part of the base under the condition that it can be placed steadily and does not affect the grouting.
3. The distance between two adjacent shim groups should not be greater than 800mm; 4. A group of shims should be placed on both sides of the joint of the machine tool base; 5. The number of blocks in each shim group should not exceed three. 2. Each hot iron group should be placed neatly, stably and in good contact. 3.
