If other anti-rust treatment methods are used, it shall be determined by negotiation between the manufacturer and the user. 4.15 Under normal conditions, the service life of the brake belt shall not be less than G000b. 3 5 Test method JB/T8813-1998 5.1 The basic size and shape and position of the brake belt should be inspected using a special mold and measured under damaged working conditions. 5.2 The pickling and chemical treatment of the outer surface of the brake pad shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6807: 5.3 The specifications of the narrow wiper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB 18817. 5.4 The service life test of the brake band shall be carried out in accordance with the site test of the belt-type pusher, especially the test method shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB 166. Good control inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection Each brake band shall be inspected by the manufacturing inspection department before it can be released! The inspection items include the inner diameter size, the contact area with the brake or the brake, and the outer dimensions. .2 Type inspection 6.2.1 The brake band type inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. A one-time oil sampling plan shall be adopted. Generally, the qualified quality level shall be determined by the provisions of Table 4 or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. The sampling rate shall be determined according to the number of brake belt inspection batches. Table 4 The inner diameter, the life of the belt and the drum, the outer hole quality, the material processing degree, and the appearance are measured in Table 4. 6.2.2 During the inspection, if the number of unqualified items in each item is equal or smaller than the corresponding qualified judgment number A, the batch of products shall be marked, packed and stored. 7.1 The mother brake belt shall be packed in corrugated paper. There shall be protective filling material in the box to avoid mutual damage during transportation. 2. Only the returned brake belts are allowed to be packed in the packaging box. 7.3 The accompanying documents in the packaging include product certificate, product instruction manual and installation order. 7.4 The outer surface of the product packaging shall be marked with: a) manufacturer name, trademark, address and zip code, b) product name and specifications, c) date of manufacture or production batch number, and d) name, address and zip code of the consignee. 5 The brake belt of the transfer box should be placed in a well-ventilated room to avoid moisture, heavy magnetic impact, corrosion by brewing and alkaline substances.
