Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T56102.2-1999 Carbon Steel Welding Rod, Low Alloy Steel Welding Rod, Stainless Steel Welding Rod Product Quality Grading Part 2: Low Alloy Steel Welding Rod Product Quality Grading (Internal Use) Published on December 30, 1999 State Machinery Industry Bureau Implementation on June 1, 2000 JB/T5610 2.2—1999 1 Scope 2 Reference standards 3 Technical requirements 4 Sampling 5 Test methods Inspection rules JB/T56102.2—1999 This standard is based on GB/T51181995 "Low alloy steel welding rods", and is a revision of the low alloy steel welding rod part in JB/56102-94 "Quality classification of carbon steel welding rods, low alloy steel welding rods, and stainless steel welding rods". Compared with the low alloy steel welding rod part in JB/T56102-94, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: - The re-arcing interval time has been adjusted; - The dust generation item in the process performance has been cancelled. This standard is part of the JB/T56102 series of standards "Quality classification of carbon steel welding rods, low alloy steel welding rods and stainless steel welding rods", which includes the following three parts: JB/T56102.1-1999 Quality classification of carbon steel welding rods JB/T 56102.2-1999 Quality classification of low alloy steel welding rods JB/T56102.3-1999 Quality classification of stainless steel welding rods This standard replaces JB/T56102-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Welding Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are Harbin Welding Research Institute and Tianjin Jinqiao Welding Materials Co., Ltd. The drafters of this standard are Chen Mo, Chu Jijun, Wu Zhenxiang and Hou Yongtai. This standard was first issued in 1980, revised for the first time in 1985, and revised for the second time in 1988. This is the revision II 1 Scope Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Carbon Steel Welding Rod, Low Alloy Steel Welding Rod, Stainless Steel Welding Rod Product Quality Grading Part 2: Product Quality Grading of Low Alloy Steel Welding Rod (Internal Use) JB/T56102.2-1999 Replaces JBT56102-94 This standard specifies the technical requirements, sampling, test methods and inspection rules for the product quality grade of low alloy steel welding rods. This standard is applicable to the product quality grading of low alloy steel welding rods. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards will be revised. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T5118-1995 Low alloy steel welding rod 3 Technical requirements The product quality of low alloy steel welding rods is divided into three levels: qualified products, first-class products and superior products. They are assessed according to their external quality, internal quality and process performance. 3.1 External quality The external quality shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 External quality Inspection items External quality (score) Average root pass rate% Eccentricity (score) Welding rod clamping end 3.2 Internal quality 3.2.1 Chemical composition of deposited metal Qualified products The chemical composition of deposited metal shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
