The materials for stainless steel shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB3280 and GB1220. The materials for fasteners shall comply with the drawings and the corresponding standard requirements. 4.2 The coating of the agitator shall comply with the corresponding technical requirements. 4.3 The welding of blades shall be continuous welding, and the reinforcing ribs may be intermittent welding. The type and size of the welded joint shall comply with the provisions of GB985: the welding rod shall comply with the provisions of GB 5117, GB 5118 and GB 983. 4.4 The linear speed of the blade end is <5m/s, and the static balance test may not be carried out. The welded blades and reinforcing ribs shall be symmetrical to reduce the unbalance factor. 4.5 The blade should be perpendicular to the axis of the shaft hole, and the perpendicularity tolerance is 0.4% of the total length of the blade and not more than 5mm. The flatness tolerance of the blade shall be in accordance with the 12th grade of GB 1184. 4:6 The limit deviation of the diameter and length of the agitator shall be in accordance with the 14th grade of GB1804: the limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions of the machined surface shall be in accordance with the 14th grade of accuracy; the limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions of the non-machined surface shall be in accordance with the 16th grade of accuracy. 4.7 The inclination angle deviation of the folded blade shall not exceed 3°. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 HG/T2124-91 The surface of the agitator shall be free of sharp edges and burrs, and the blade shall be flat 3 Inspection The paddle agitator shall be inspected according to the drawings and this technical condition 5. 1 5.2 The error of the template and measuring tool used to detect the shape and size of the stirring paddle shall not exceed 1/5 of the tolerance of the measured size. 5.6 Packaging and replacement The agitator should be treated with anti-rust. 6.2 Technical documents for the manufacture of agitators Product manual, including name, diameter, material and weight, etc.; b. Product quality certificate: Product factory certificate: Packing list. 6.3 Anti-magic, anti-damage and anti-moisture measures should be taken for product storage and transportation, and outdoor storage is not allowed. 64 When packaging the agitator, the agitator shaft should be prevented from bending and deformation, and the support for fixing the agitator shaft shall not be supported on the assembly part of the shaft.
