3 Technical requirements
3.1 Fender
3. 1.1 General requirements
The function of the fender is to protect the driver and the crew from damage caused by wheel dirt or scratches when the vehicle is running. The structure of the fender must be strong and without sharp corners and edges. When the fender is used as a passage, the surface should be anti-fragmented and withstand a vertical force of at least 15%.
According to the wheel size of the belt or wheel, the fender can be determined by the following safety dimensions:
b. Cover length (see 3.1.3);
Width (see 3.1.1);
d. Distance to moving parts (see 3.1.5).
3. 2 The outer shape
is determined according to the outer shape of the reverse moving parts. wwW.bzxz.Net
3.1.2.1 The fender shape of wheeled vehicles can be made of a line or a near-line shape so that the single wheel step can be achieved. 3.1.2.2 The fender of the vehicle is made of a filter plate and is connected with the belt chain track. The upper part of the fender is preferably in the same plane as the driver's cab platform.
31.3 Cover length
The maximum cover length is determined according to the length and size of the driver's cab. In order to protect the driver's empty area, the cover length of the fender should be enough to filter the soil and materials thrown out by the moving parts. 31.3.1 Wheeled vehicles (wheel age is in the vertical position. When the wheel is half light R>, the cover length should be greater than the limit angle of the surface shown in the letter 1. The line of the wheel grease is determined, and the total value is not less than the main value. 31.3.2 The complex length of the shock belt vehicle (when the maximum turning radius is R) is determined by the line from the flexural limit structure to the limit belt surface shown in Figure 2, and its value should be less than the value determined by the requirement. 3.1.4 Width The width of the mudguard should allow the driver to see the tire or part of the world to check whether the vehicle is slipping and its position. In the vicinity of the driver's cab and moving parts and accessories, the coverage width should at least ensure the protection requirements specified in Article 3.1.3. 3.1.4.1 Assume that the wheel width of the tire vehicle (see Figure 3) is C. The width of the mudguard is determined according to formula (1) and formula (2) 200
Where: L.-the width of the mudguard at the length Z of the driver's side, m; center-the relevant dimension (see Figure 3). mm.
31.42 For belt-type vehicles (see Figure 4), the outer green of the fender should maintain a certain space with the outer edge of the belt so that the driver has a place to put his feet on the belt when entering the engine room. Assuming that the width of the belt limiter is center, the width of the fender is determined according to formula (3): L: 200
JB/T32499T
If the length of the section of the belt is 7 (Figure 2) and the belt is used as a pass, the width of the pin plate is determined according to formula (4), C2 (-2m
Formula center ··Related dimensions (see Figure 4) m3.1.5 The distance from the fender to the moving part
The distance from the fender to the moving part is determined based on the safety rule, and the following factors should be considered: 4, the size of the speed that may be caused by the moving cow; the size of the wheel or the wheel The longitudinal and transverse remote control wheels are designed to be turned at will, and the special equipment for dangerous vehicles, such as the chain of hidden wheels and the track plates used by vehicles passing through the street, 3.2 The platform surface is smooth. The platform surface should be in the same position and there should be no unnecessary obstacles or parts. The structure of the platform should be strong and must be able to bear the weight of the operators and additional equipment, and protect the operator from injuries caused by the transmission system and high roads. 3.3 Fan guard The fan guard should be strong and not easy to bend or collide with the rotating blades of the fan body. It should be able to protect any part of the operator's body from accidental contact with the fan blades.
When the fan and the leather book are close to the external or the product, they should also be protected to avoid accidental inflammation. 3.4 Small component shields
In order to protect the operator from being caught by the human body by the pulley or the ball of the external transmission parts, AC, DC generators, air compressors, hydraulic and other external or shear-resistant transmission devices should be equipped with sturdy shields to ensure that any part of the human body does not accidentally contact with the transmission parts.
3.5 Spill guard
When the machine is in operation, the protective The plate should not produce any damage or sharpness, and should be able to withstand the work and not be deformed so as to collide with the transmission parts. As a stepping stone, the guard plate should bear at least 1500N of weight and have a protective edge. 3.6 The rear of the furnace lifting plate should have a certain height to prevent excessive materials from falling into the driver's space. An additional guard plate can be added above the rear of the bucket. The heightened part should be strong so as to block various materials. In order not to affect the specification, it is best to use a plastic structure. This is not to increase the weight of the head (see Figure 5). 3.7 The guard plate of the driver's seat should be strong, and no bending or deformation is allowed to ensure transmission performance, and no vibration will be transmitted. Its outer surface should be free of sharp corners and edges.
3.8 Insulation
During normal operation and maintenance, operators may come into contact with hot or very cold parts. These parts should be covered with heat insulation covers (see Figure 6). The heat insulation cover can be combined with heat insulation or ventilation panels to keep the temperature of the exposed surface within a safe range. The heat insulation cover should ensure that flammable materials do not accidentally come into contact with the parts of the machine to eliminate the risk of fire. 3.9 Hose protection
When the working pressure of the hose is above 5MP, the working temperature is above 5℃, and it is within 0.5m from the driver's position, a strong protective cover should be installed to protect the driver from being injured when the hose is in a soft state (see Figure 7). 3.10 Battery shield
The battery should be separated from the driver's room by a corrosion-resistant shield to protect the workers from the rapid release of acid or steam from the liquid surface.
3.11 Electrical protection
Jn/T 3249-9
The working voltage of the single-vehicle electrical system is 24V, which is not dangerous to the operator, but also in the case of falling. The center of the battery connection should be equipped with a disconnection device. This device should have appropriate protection to avoid damage to the vehicle. During the machine's operation, it can also play a safety precaution role to prevent accidental starting of the vehicle. When the machine is stopped or unattended, it is appropriate to avoid other people starting the engine.
Note: The figure and the figure are only for the self-loading vehicle, and the design of the machine is shown.
