Batch dot:batch A certain number of individuals produced under consistent conditions or collected in a specified manner. 3. 1. 2 Lot size; batch size The number of individuals included in the batch, Sample sariple One or more individuals taken from a population are used to provide information about the population and serve as the basis for making certain judgments about the population, 3. 1. 4 Sample size sample size Number of sampling individuals included in the sample Samplingsampling The reverse process of randomly selecting or forming a sample. Singlesampling SC/T 5024—2002 Sampling method of taking only one sample from the batch. 3.1.7 Conformity Meeting the specified requirements. Nonconformity Not meeting the specified requirements. Inspection The activity of measuring, testing, testing or measuring one or more characteristics of an entity and comparing the results with the specified requirements to determine the completeness of each characteristic. 3.1.10 Inspection lot Inspection lot A certain number of individuals produced under uniform conditions and submitted for inspection. 3.1. 11 Batch inspection: lot inspection Inspection conducted to determine the quality of a batch. 3.2 Symbols The following symbols apply to this standard. N: batch size. : sample mean : upper specification limit (the maximum value of the specified qualified quality). : lower specification limit (the minimum value of the specified qualified quantity). X: represents the quality property of the first unit product. X: sample mean. S: sample standard deviation. A: qualified judgment number (the maximum number of unqualified products allowed in the sample for batch qualified judgment). R: unqualified delimited number (the minimum number of unqualified products allowed in the sample for batch unqualified judgment). A, R are the decision matrix of the proposed sampling plan. Q: upper specification limit quality statistic. Q, =x Q: quality statistic of the lower specification limit, Q -xt : acceptance constant (constant used to determine whether the batch is qualified or not). 4: Sampling inspection procedure The inspection procedure specified in this standard is as follows: a) Determine the inspection batch; +++++..( 2) ....(4 Determine the quality characteristics to be inspected: Determine the type and method of sampling inspection; Specify the qualified quality; Select the sample mouse; Search the sampling plan; Take the sample; Test the sample and calculate the result; Determine whether the inspection batch is qualified or not. 5 Implementation of sampling inspection Determine the inspection batch SC/T 5024—2002 Determine the inspection batch according to the requirements. The products of the inspection batch are composed of ropes of the same manufacturer, the same material, the same type, the same nominal diameter, the same grade, and the same series of manufacturing processes. 5.2 Determine the quality characteristics to be inspected The quality characteristics to be inspected of synthetic fiber ropes are linear density and breaking strength. 5.3 Determine the type and method of sampling inspection Use a sampling inspection. The linear density is the average value measurement type\S method double-sided specification limit sampling inspection, and the breaking strength is the counting type sampling inspection. 5.4 Qualified quality requirementsbZxz.net The upper and lower specification limits of the linear density and the minimum value of the breaking strength of the qualified synthetic fiber rope shall be clearly specified in the product standard or order contract. 5.5 Selection of sample quantity The unit product of synthetic fiber rope is a rope roll consisting of a standard delivery length of 100m, 200m, 220m or a delivery length specified in the contract. The batch is the number of rope rolls contained in the batch. According to 1, the sample is selected by batch. Table 2 Acceptance constant K —3.785 -—0. 564 5. 6.2 Sampling plan for breaking strength —0. 507 —0,464 The sample size is selected by 5.5. The judgment array is [0,1], that is, A.0, R.=1. 5.7 Sample extraction —0. 265 Randomly select 1 rope roll of the selected quantity in 5.5 from the inspection batch. Take one sample from any end of each roll drawn, or when the rope roll is ready to be cut, take a sample from the middle of the subsequent roll. When the batch is 1 to 14 rolls, a rope roll can be drawn, and two samples can be cut from the rope roll as described above. Take all necessary measures to avoid the sample from retreating. If necessary, any end that has retreated slightly can be discarded. 5. 8 Sample testing and calculation The sample is taken one by one to measure the linear density and breaking strength according to the provisions of GB/T8834-1988. The test results should be recorded completely and accurately, and the location where the break occurs during the breaking strength test must be recorded. Calculate the sample mean X and sample standard deviation S of the linear density. If the breaking strength test value of the sample is not lower than the breaking strength index value of the product standard (or contract provisions) and the grade record; or when the break occurs outside the two marks (5.2.2 in B3/18834-1988), the test value is not lower than 90% of the index value, then the rope roll is recorded as qualified products, otherwise the rope roll is recorded as unqualified products. 6 Judgment rules Judgment of whether the linear density is qualified or unqualified Q. ,Q is calculated according to formula (3) and formula (1), If Q and Q, the linear density is qualified: If or Q;, the linear density is unqualified. 6.2 Judgment of whether the minimum breaking strength is qualified or unqualified If the number of unqualified products is zero (R=0), the minimum breaking strength is qualified: when the number of unqualified products is greater than (R=1), the minimum breaking strength is unqualified. 4 3 Judgment of whether the inspection batch is qualified or unqualified If both the linear density and the minimum breaking strength are qualified, the inspection batch is qualified: if one of the linear density or the minimum breaking strength is unqualified, the inspection batch is unqualified, SC/T5024—2002 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
