National Standard of the People's Republic of China Photoengraving copper sheet Photoengraving copper sheet Subject content and scope of application GB 2530-89 Replaces GB2530---81 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging of photoengraving copper sheet. This standard applies to photoengraving copper sheet in the printing industry. 2 Reference standards GB 231 GB 5121 GB 5231 GB 8888 3 Product classification Metal Brinell hardness test method Copper chemical analysis method Processed copper chemical composition and product shape Heavy non-ferrous metal processing product packaging, marking, transportation and storage brand, state, specification The brand, state and specification of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 3.2 Overall dimensions and allowable deviations Hard (Y) 3.2.1 The overall dimensions and allowable deviations of the plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Ordinary grade Thickness tolerance Higher grade Ordinary grade Higher grade Note: D Plates with other specifications and tolerances can be supplied upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer. ② The accuracy grade must be specified in the contract, otherwise it will be supplied as ordinary grade. China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation approved on February 23, 1989 392 100、600 5501200 Width tolerance 199003.01 implementation GB2530-89bZxz.net 3.2.2 Plates are generally supplied in irregular lengths. If the buyer requires a fixed length, it must be specified in the contract. The tolerance for the fixed length is 10 mm. 3.3 Marking example The photoengraving copper plate made of TAg0.1 in hard state, high grade, with a thickness of 1.5mm and a width of 400mm is marked as: Plate TAg0.1Y High 1.5×400GB2530-894 Technical requirements 4.1 Chemical composition The chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB5231. 4.2 Mechanical properties The surface Brinell hardness of the plate HB≥95. 4.3 Surface quality 4.3.1 The front of the plate shall be smooth and flat, without defects such as black silk, pitting, peeling, bubbles, inclusions, scratches and rolling ripples. However, slight defects are allowed on the back of the plate. A red line should be drawn on the back of the copper plate for identification. 4.3.2 After the plate is sheared, there should be no burrs or gaps on the edge. 5 Test methods 5.1 The chemical composition arbitration analysis method of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5121. 5.2 The Brinell hardness test method of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231. 5.3 The plate size shall be measured with a measuring tool of corresponding accuracy. 5.4 The appearance of the plate shall be visually inspected 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection and acceptance 6.1.1 The plate shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.1.2 The buyer shall re-inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the re-inspection results do not meet the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batching The plates shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and each batch shall consist of plates of the same brand, state and specification. 6.3 Inspection Items Each batch of plates shall be inspected for chemical composition, Brinell hardness, dimensions and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling Location and Quantity 6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.2 The buyer shall randomly take a sample from each batch of plates for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.3 Hardness test Two plates shall be taken from each batch, and one sample shall be taken from each plate. 6.4.4 Each plate shall be inspected for dimensions and surface quality. The plate thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the top corner and not less than 10mm from the edge. The thickness outside the measurement range shall not be scrapped. 6.5 Repeated Test Even if the test result of one sample fails, double samples shall be taken from the batch for re-inspection of the unqualified item. If one sample still fails in the re-inspection result, the whole batch shall be scrapped or the supplier shall inspect each sample one by one, and the qualified ones shall be separately batched for acceptance. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888. 393 Additional remarks: GB253089 This standard was proposed by the Standard and Metrology Research Institute of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation.
