4.1 The instruments, meters and other measuring tools used for the gate hoist test must be within the validity period of the verification qualification. 4.2 The various tests of the gate hoist should generally be carried out at the manufacturer, or at the project site according to the contract. 4.3 Test items
For door opening force ≤100kN
For door opening force>100kN
4.3.1 No-load test: Carry out no-load test operation of the installed gate hoist in forward and reverse directions on the test bench, with the cumulative time not less than 30 minutes. There should be no abnormal sound in the transmission system during operation. 4.3.2 Static load test: Load the gate hoist to the rated load on the test bench, then lift it to a height of 100~200mm above the ground, and then gradually load it to a test load equivalent to 1.25 times the rated gate opening force, with the suspension time not less than 10 minutes. After unloading, check that the main load-bearing parts are free of cracks and permanent deformation, and that the joints are free of looseness or damage. 4.3.3 Dynamic load test: Load the gate hoist to the rated load on the test bench, then lift it to a height of 100~200mm above the ground, and then gradually load it to a test load equivalent to 1.25 times the rated gate opening force, with the suspension time not less than 10 minutes. After unloading, check that the main load-bearing parts are free of cracks and permanent deformation, and that the joints are free of looseness or damage.Under the test load of 15 times the rated door opening force, the hoist shall be operated reciprocatingly throughout the working cycle for a cumulative period of not less than 1 hour. During the test, check that the movements of each mechanism should be flexible, stable and reliable. After the test, check that there should be no cracks, deformations or loose connections on the parts, and the motor and electronic control equipment should not overheat. 4.3.4 Use a pin tape to check the position repeatability deviation of the travel limiter, measure more than 3 times and take the average value, which should comply with the provisions of 3.3.3. 4.3.5 Adjust the overload limiter according to the requirements of 3.3.1, repeat the loading in the forward and reverse directions for more than 3 times, and the comprehensive error should comply with the provisions of 3.3.2. 4.3.6 Noise measurement: The hoist lifts the rated load in a non-enclosed room, and the four points in front, back, left and right at an equal distance of 1m from the sound source are measured with a sound level meter according to the A-level reading. Excluding the peak value of the pulse sound, the difference between the total noise and the background noise should be greater than 3dB (A), and the total noise minus the background noise correction (see Table 3) is the actual noise of the hoist.
