3.1 Body: This standard stipulates that the main body of the cage does not include the head and tail rope hanging devices and roller ears, referred to as the tank body. 3.2 Head rope hanging device: The connecting device between the tank body and the lifting rope. 3.3 Rope hanging device, the connection device between the balance wire and the bottom of the tank body (there are two types of tail rope hanging devices, round and flat). 3.4 Overwinding support peak reverse check claw device: The safety device for the cage to prevent the cage from falling after the cage is overwinded. 3.5 Four-purpose ears: The cage is at the level of the inlet and outlet, and is set at the four corners of the cage for stability. 4.2 Type
4.2.1 This standard does not include the head and tail rope suspension devices and roller ears. The above three items have been compiled into a separate standard series, and the design unit shall select and match them (see Appendix A ~ Appendix B).
4.2.2 The head rope suspension device is directly connected to the tank body. The center distance of the connection hole is determined according to the winch rope pitch. The tail rope suspension device is equipped with round tail rope and braided tail rope.
4.2.3 On the tank body The upper, middle and lower pans are equipped with cover doors at both ends (the cover doors of the lower pan are locked with bolts) to facilitate unloading of long materials or emergency exits (excluding the two-story two-car pot wire rope tank cage). 4.2.4 The cage door adopts a curtain-type door that closes up and down. 4.2.5 A removable safety canopy is set on the top of the cage. 4.2.6 The tank body adopts steel columns, and the columns are connected to each pan with high-strength bolts. 4.2.7 The tank cage adopts a rocking platform connection method. The guide linings overlapped with the platform are divided into type 1 (groove-shaped) and type 2 (flat) to adapt to different types of rocking.
4.2.8 The cage uses a combined steel guideway guide When the cage is guided by a rope, a sliding lug is used. The lugs are set on both sides (arranged at four corners) or one side (arranged on one side) of the cage. 4.2.9 The internal brake of the cage is a rubber block type. 4.2.10 The internal brake of the tank is automatically opened and closed by an opening and closing device. For the installation diagram of the opening and closing device, see Appendix E. 4.2.11 The middle plate at the wide end of the second-layer two-car is designed to be hinged. The middle plate can be lifted up to facilitate the lifting of the electric locomotive. 4.3 Basic parameters and dimensions should comply with Table 1, Table 2 and Figures 1 to 8169
