The design of the consignment note format applies to the following principles: the data elements in the consignment note should be arranged in the corresponding data columns according to their corresponding positions; the data elements not specified in the consignment note should be placed in the "self-disposal area"; GB/T 29624-2013 The data elements specified in the consignment note but not required in the design can be omitted, and their corresponding positions are reserved for other purposes, the same as the "self-disposal" area. The data columns determined in the consignment note only indicate the attributes of the information contained in the column. It should be noted that certain practices that have emerged in the development process of various international documents may further divide the data columns. For example, it may be necessary to provide a place for the consignor's agent at the end of the consignor column; it may be necessary to divide the transport details column into its own sections to set places for different data elements such as itinerary, mode of transport and transport tools. The height of the "Cargo Name\" area can be adjusted as needed by raising or lowering the dashed line horizontally. 6 Data Elements Required for Consignment Notes The data elements given in the watermark are not comprehensive and there are no mandatory requirements. Their purpose is to lay the foundation for the selection of relevant data. Data elements related to the application of consignment notes have been selected from GB/T15191-2010. Table 1 The data elements that can be referenced in the consignment note are given. The data columns in Table 1 are explained as follows: All amounts should be used in conjunction with data element 6344/5. By combining with the corresponding data element 6410 unit of measurement qualifier, all quantitative expressions can be supported. Data elements can be reused according to the situation. M is a required data element; C is a conditionally optional data element or data combination (general term or title), which is determined by the mode of transport, consignment type, document function and relevant national regulations.
