5 Technical requirements
General technical requirements

The extruder shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The raw materials used to manufacture the extruder shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. The surface of the casting shall be flat and smooth, and shall not have sand adhesion, pores, cracks and other defects that damage the appearance and affect the quality of use. The dimensional tolerance of the casting shall be manufactured according to the CT12 grade specified in GB6414. Forgings and cold-processed parts shall be flat and smooth, and shall not have defects such as shrinkage, misalignment, burrs, cracks, etc. that affect the strength. The weld surface of the welded parts should be uniform, neat, smooth, firm, and no defects such as burns and leaks are allowed. The limit deviation of the tolerance size of the processed parts shall be manufactured according to the IT14 level in GB1804. The shape and position tolerances are not noted, and they shall be manufactured according to the C level in GB1184. All parts must be inspected and qualified, and the purchased and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. The quality of the machine surface paint shall meet the requirements of ordinary weather-resistant coatings in Table 2 of NJ/Z3. The rotating parts of the product shall have reliable safety protection devices, and the metal casing of the electrical equipment shall have grounding protection measures. 5.2 Assembly technical requirements
The coaxiality of the main shaft and the screw and the main bearing hole and sleeve aperture of the transmission box shall not be lower than level 7 in GB1184. 5.2.2
After the screw is assembled, the screw and the main shaft shall not be skewed or loose, and the screw and the sleeve shall not have friction or jamming. 2

5.2.3 The cutter should rotate flexibly after assembly, and the cutter blade should be in the same plane and parallel to the outer plane of the die head. Its parallelism should be in accordance with Grade 8 in GB1184.
5.2.4 The sleeve connecting bolts must ensure sufficient strength and must not be pulled off. 5.2.5 After assembly, each rotating part should rotate freely, and the external connecting parts and fasteners should be firm and reliable, and run smoothly without abnormal noise, vibration and leakage.
5.3 Technical requirements for main components
5.3.1 The materials and hardness of the screw, sleeve, cutter and die head should meet the following requirements: a.
The mechanical properties of the material shall not be lower than the requirements of No. 45 steel specified in GB699; the hardness of the screw surface, cutter blade, sleeve and die head inner surface and die hole shall not be lower than 56~62HRC. The gearbox housing should be made of HT200 material with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB5675 and should be aging treated. 5.3.3
The cylindrical gears of the gearbox should be manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB10095, with an accuracy not lower than Grade 9. 6 Inspection Rules
The extruder must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and can only leave the factory with a product certificate. 6.2 All newly designed products and products with major improvements must be subjected to performance tests and production tests in accordance with JB/T5685. The number of performance test units shall not be less than 2. The test results shall meet the main performance indicators of Article 4.2 of this standard. The number of production test units shall not be less than 1. The assessment time shall not be less than 200h. The main components shall not be replaced during the test, otherwise the test shall be repeated. 6.3 The batch-produced extruders shall be sampled once a year. The number of sampled units shall be as shown in the table below, and the test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5685. Batch quantity

6.4 The ordering unit may conduct random inspection of product quality according to this standard, and the number of random inspections may be determined by negotiation between the ordering unit and the manufacturer. If the inspection results are unqualified, double re-inspection shall be conducted. If there are still unqualified results, all products shall be repaired and re-submitted for acceptance. If there are unqualified results again, the user is allowed to return the products. 6.5 Under the conditions specified in the use and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality within half a year from the date of delivery, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it for the user (except for wearing parts). 7. Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Labeling
The label of the extruder shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of JB8 and fixed in a conspicuous position. The label shall include the following contents: a.
Product name and model;
Main shaft speed (r/min), supporting power (kW), hourly productivity (t/h); machine weight, kg,
Factory number;
Factory date;
Manufacturer name.
7.2 Packaging and transportation
The product shall be guaranteed not to be inverted, damaged, damp or rained during shipment. It shall comply with the provisions of JB2759 and 7.2.1 of railway transportation on freight transportation, and can also be determined according to user needs. 7.2.2The accessories, spare parts and tools supplied with the product shall be complete. 7.2.3
The following technical documents shall be supplied with the product:
Product certificate;
Product use and maintenance instructions;
Packing list;
User opinion solicitation letter.

7.2.4The packaging of products for export shall comply with the relevant regulations of the foreign trade department. 7.3 Storage
7.3.1 When the product is stored indoors, good ventilation and moisture-proof measures shall be taken. 7.3.2 When the product is stored outdoors, the bottom should be supported by a support and protected from rain and sun. Additional Notes:
