This standard is a revision of JB/T51242.1~51242.394 "Submersible Electric Pumps for Agricultural Sewage Product Quality Grading". During the revision, the original three standards were merged into one. Compared with JB/T51242.1~51242.394, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: 1. The basic parameters of the electric pump are in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5118-1991 "Types and Basic Parameters of Agricultural Sewage Submersible Electric Pumps", and Table 1 in the original standard has been cancelled;
The assessment items such as "winding inter-turn impulse voltage test", "noise", "vibration", and "sealing device" have been cancelled; the classification of unqualified items has been reclassified, and the sampling plan has been adjusted accordingly. This standard replaces JB/T51242.1~51242.3-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: China Agricultural Mechanization Science Research Institute, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology Drainage and Irrigation Machinery Research Institute, Guangzhou No. 1 Pump Factory.

This standard specifies the quality grade indicators, test methods and inspection rules for submersible electric pumps for agricultural sewage. This standard applies to submersible electric pumps for agricultural sewage (hereinafter referred to as electric pumps). 2 Referenced Standards

3 Quality grade indicators
3.1 General requirements

Electric pump products should be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 3.2 Grade categories
According to the technical level and quality level of electric pump products, they are divided into qualified products, first-class products and superior products. 3.3 Grading index
3.3.1 Specified flow and head of electric pump
The head under the specified flow of electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 and Table 1 of JB/T5118-1991, and the deviation of flow and head shall comply with the provisions of 3.5.3 of JB/I5119-1991.
3.3.2 Specified efficiency of electric pump
The specified efficiency of electric pump, qualified products shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 and Table 1 of JB/T5118-1991, the efficiency value of first-class products shall not be less than the specified value of qualified products plus 1% and the efficiency value of superior products shall not be less than the specified value of first-class products plus 4%. The deviation of qualified products shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB/T12785, and first-class and superior products shall not have lower deviation. 3.3.3 Electric pump undervoltage starting

Electric pumps should be able to start with load under undervoltage, and the requirements should comply with the provisions of 3.12 in JB/T5119-1991. 3.3.4 Electric pump shaft power
Electric pump shaft power should comply with the provisions of 3.5.2 in JB/T5119-1991. 3.3.5 Motor performance
3.3.5.1 The power factor, stall torque, stall current, maximum torque and their deviation of the motor should comply with the provisions of 3.6 in JB/T5119-1991.
3.3.5.2 The temperature rise limit of the motor stator winding, the winding withstand voltage, and the insulation resistance of the winding to the casing shall comply with the provisions of 3.7, 3.8 and 3.10 of JB/T5119-1991.
3.3.6 Safety requirements
3.3.6.1 The electric pump shall be equipped with an overheating or overcurrent protection device. 3.3.6.2 The electric pump shall have a reliable grounding device. There shall be an obvious grounding mark on the grounding wire of the lead-out cable. The motor line terminal mark and rotation direction shall comply with the provisions of GB1971. It shall be ensured that the marks are not easily erased during the entire service life of the electric pump. 3.3.6.3 Other safety technical requirements of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10395.8. 3.3.7 Water (gas) pressure test
The parts and components that bear water pressure and the inner cavity of the electric pump after assembly shall be subjected to water (gas) pressure test, and their quality shall comply with the provisions of 3.18 of JB/T5119-1991.
3.3.8 Static (dynamic) balance
The impeller of the electric pump shall be subjected to static (dynamic) balance test, and its quality shall comply with the provisions of 3.29 of JB/T5119-1991. 3.3.9 Reliability
The average working time before the first failure of the electric pump: for dry and oil-filled electric pumps, the qualified products are 2000h, the first-class products are 2500h, and the superior products are 3000h; for water-filled electric pumps, the qualified products are 1000h, the first-class products are 1250h, and the superior products are 1500h. 3.3.10 Maximum solid particles passing through the electric pump
The maximum solid particles passing through the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 in JB/T5118-1991. 3.3.11 Assembly, appearance and packaging
3.3.11.1 Assembly
3.3.11.1.1 The assembly of the electric pump shall be correct and complete, and any missing parts shall be deemed unqualified. 3.3.11.1.2 The assembled electric pump shall rotate smoothly and lightly, without any jamming or friction. 3.3.11.1.3 The lead-out cable of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of 3.16 in JB/T5119-1991. 3.3.11.2 Appearance
3.3.11.2.1 The nameplate of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of 6.1.1 in JB/5119-1991. The electric pump shall have an obvious red rotation direction mark. 3.3.11.2.2 The quality of the surface of the electric pump shall comply with the requirements of Table 1. 3.3.11.3 Packaging
The packaging and its marking shall comply with the requirements of 6.1.2 and 6.2 of JB/T5119-19912

4.1 General requirements

Superior products
(1) Bright color, smooth and flat, without exposed bottom, blemishes, flow marks, bubbles and wrinkles. (2) The casting surface is smooth, and the metal plating and oxidation treatment layer shall not peel off or rust. (3) No defects such as bumps and dents are allowed.

4.1.1 The test liquid, test environment and site conditions shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.1.2 The test equipment, devices, instruments and meters shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards and have valid calibration certificates or reports. 4.1.3 During the product inspection and testing process, the accuracy and reliability of each test data must be guaranteed. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be found out in time and necessary treatment should be taken.
4.1.4 The test equipment, meters and instruments should meet the measurement requirements and remain intact, and should be inspected and calibrated before the test. 4.1.5 The measurement accuracy of the test equipment, instruments and apparatus shall reach Class C specified in GB/T12785 for qualified products, and Class B specified in GB/T12785 for first-class and superior products.2 Performance test of electric pump
The efficiency of the electric pump shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 of JB/T51191991. The tests of other performances of the electric pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12785 and other standards. 4.3 Reliability test
The reliability assessment test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T50080. 4.4 Static (dynamic) balance test
The static (dynamic) balance test of the impeller shall be carried out on a static (dynamic) balancing machine or balancing equipment. 4.5 Water (gas) pressure test
Apply a test pressure of 1.5 times its working pressure to the pressure-bearing parts, but the minimum pressure shall not be less than 0.2MPa, for at least 5min, and observe whether there is leakage during the continuous process. After the electric pump is assembled, apply a test pressure of 0.2MPa to the inner cavity of the motor for at least 5min, and observe whether there is leakage during the continuous process.
4.6 Undervoltage starting test
4.6.1 For electric pumps of 7.5kW and below, direct starting with load shall be carried out by reducing the voltage by 15%. 4.6.2 For electric pumps above 7.5kW, indirect starting with load shall be carried out by reducing the voltage by 15%. 4.7 Test for the largest solid particles
The test for the largest solid particles shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 of JB/T5119-1991. 4.8 Inspection of paint coating quality
The inspection of paint quality of pumps shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673. 4.9 Inspection of other items
For items such as grounding devices and marks, line end marks, assembly quality, appearance and packaging quality, visual inspection and counting shall be used to determine whether they meet the requirements of this standard.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 General requirements

Electric pump products shall be sampled and judged according to the principles of GB/T2828 and the provisions of this standard. 2 Inspection items
Inspection items are shown in Table 2.
5.3 Classification of non-conformities
Any item that does not meet the requirements of this standard is considered non-conformities. According to the degree of influence on product quality, it is divided into three categories of non-conformities: A, B, and C. Non-conformities are shown in Table 2.

5.4.1 The sampling inspection procedure shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and a normal inspection one-time sampling plan shall be adopted. The sampling plan is shown in Table 2. In the table, S-1 is the special inspection level, AQL is the qualified quality level, Ac is the qualified judgment number, and Re is the unqualified judgment number. 2 Random sampling is adopted, and the samples drawn shall be products produced by the factory within the past six months. When sampling whole machines or parts, the inventory shall not be less than 20 units, and the parts shall not be less than 15 sets (pieces). This limit does not apply when sampling at the sales department or user. 5.4.3 The samples of superior products should generally be taken at the sales department or user, and the samples shall be sealed and sent to the inspection unit for inspection and testing. The samples of first-class and qualified products can be taken from the enterprise's finished parts warehouse or production assembly line, and the samples shall be sealed after qualified on-site assembly and commissioning, and sent to the inspection unit for performance testing; they can also be taken from the whole machine finished product warehouse, the user or the sales department. 5.4.4 The samples taken should be qualified products of the corresponding grade. The sample size is 2 units (sets). 5 Sampling can be refused when the sampling conditions provided by the enterprise do not meet the requirements. 5.4.5
5.5 Judgment rules
Evaluate item by item, and take the lowest level of each type of non-conformity in Table 3 as the product level. Note: Items with multiple requirements such as electric pump assembly, appearance, packaging and marking should be checked item by item according to the provisions of this standard.
