This specification was developed by Daqing Oil Construction Design Institute based on the notice of China National Petroleum Corporation (92) 4 Youke No. 66 on "Design Specification for Oilfield Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation SY 4-84".
This revision was made after soliciting opinions from various oilfield design units, higher education institutions and petroleum colleges on SYI4-84, and absorbing the scientific research results and design experience in oil and gas gathering and transportation of various oilfields in recent years. In the revision, not only the content structure of SY4-84 was partially modified, but also two new chapters were added, "Instruments and Blue Control Systems" and "Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation of Special Oilfields". 3.0.1 The design of the gas gathering and transmission project of the oil field should be closely integrated with the reservoir engineering, drilling engineering, and oil production engineering, and should be comprehensively planned and implemented in stages according to the specific requirements of the phased development of the oil field, so as to achieve a combination of ground and underground, unified demonstration and optimization, and ensure that the development and construction of the oil field achieves good overall economic benefits.
3.0, 2 The process flow should be selected through technical and economic comparison according to the specific conditions such as reservoir engineering and oil production technology, oil and gas physical properties, product plans, and ground natural conditions, and comply with the following principles:
1 The process flow should be closed to reduce oil and gas losses. 2 Fully collect and utilize oil and gas resources to produce crude oil, liquefied petroleum gas, stable light hydrocarbons and other products that meet product standards. 3 Rationally utilize thermal energy, do a good job of heat insulation of equipment and pipelines, reduce oil and gas processing and transportation temperatures, and reduce heat consumption.
4 Rationally utilize the pressure energy of oil-lift fluids, reduce intermediate transfer of oil and gas, and reduce power consumption.
The maximum allowable back pressure of the oil field during design shall be determined according to the following provisions: 1
The mechanical oil well should be 1-0-1.5MPa
and the self-flowing pressure can be 0.50.4 times of the oil pipe pressure. The scale of the phased construction of the oil and gas gathering and transportation project shall be determined based on the 5-10 year development index forecast data provided by the oil field development design. The adaptation period of each phase of the project is generally 5-10 years. When the infusion volume and heat load change greatly during the adaptation period, the oil pump and heating furnace can be configured in stages according to the specific situation on the basis of overall consideration according to the determined scale.
3.0.5 The design capacity of a single project shall be calculated according to the following provisions: 1 The design capacity of the equipment and oil pipeline of the oil field shall be determined according to the daily oil, gas, water and liquid gas volume of the single project provided by the oil field development design. 51
2 The design capacity of water-containing oil treatment and transportation facilities of various oil stations shall be determined according to the total daily oil production of the oil field, the water content of crude oil and the amount of mixed liquid in the gathering and transportation process. 3 The design capacity of dehydrated crude oil storage and transportation facilities shall be 1.2 times the production capacity of Shantian crude oil under its jurisdiction, and the annual working time shall be calculated as 365 days. 4 The design capacity of oilfield gas gathering and transportation projects can be determined by multiplying the production oil volume of the area under its jurisdiction by the production gas-oil ratio; when necessary, the gas injection and gas lift volume shall be considered: when the heating of oil and gas gathering and transportation uses wet gas as fuel, the corresponding self-consumption gas volume of gathering and transportation shall be deducted. 5 The design capacity of the external transmission natural gas project shall be determined by the design task book. The annual working time of the gas transmission pipeline shall be calculated as 350 days. The annual working time of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit should be calculated as 8000 hours.
3.0. Actively and prudently adopt new processes, new equipment, new structures and new materials applicable in China to achieve technical matching and improve economic benefits. 3.0.7 Wastewater, waste gas and waste residue generated during production should be treated and comprehensively utilized. The "three wastes" discharged should meet the current national standards. 6
4 Oil and gas collection, storage and transportation
4.1 Rapeseed oil well field
4.1.1 The process flow of oil production and field shall meet the following requirements; 1 Trial operation, production including wellhead sampling, oil well wax cleaning) downhole operation and testing, well closure and oil pipeline purge and other operation requirements. The setting of wellhead insulation and wax cleaning facilities should comply with the following regulations: Wellhead insulation facilities can be installed for oil wells in severe cold areas. 2 In severe cold, windy and sandy areas and other areas with severe climates, self-flowing wells that use fixed mechanical wax cleaning can be equipped with wax cleaning operation rooms.
3 Wellhead insulation facilities should adopt prefabricated structures that are easy to install and dismantle, and should have a long service life.
