Measurement value
This standard specifies direct measurement method and indirect measurement method, and the direct measurement method should be used first. 4.2.3.1 Direct measurement method bZxz.net
Use a floor scale or pressure dynamometer. The bulldozer must be located in the middle of the platform (see Figure 3). The bulldozer blade is placed flat on the ground with the driver's cab. The width of the bulldozer blade is measured from the outer edge of the tire to the ground. The bulldozer is used to the center of the rear axle. When using several weighbridges or pressure dynamometers, the tires of the bulldozer should be placed as close as possible to the middle of the weighbridges or pressure dynamometer platforms (see Figure 4). 4.2.3.2 Indirect measurement method JB/T 7153. 3-93 When the bulldozer is too heavy or too large to be directly measured due to the limitations of the equipment, the indirect measurement method can be used. The bulldozer should be placed one bridge at a time on the weighbridge or pressure dynamometer platform. The other bridges should be supported on a hard surface. The bulldozer should be kept horizontal (as shown in Figure 5), and the loads of the front and rear axles of the bulldozer should be measured respectively. The total weight is the sum of the measured values of the two axles. Figure 5
When using several floor scales or pressure dynamometers, they should be placed at the tire support center respectively, and the bulldozer should be kept horizontal at the same time. The total weight is the sum of the measured values of the four support points.
4.2.4 Measurement results
The test result should be the arithmetic mean of 3 measurements, that is, the whole machine weight G of the bulldozer, which is recorded in Table 4. 4.3 Bridge load distribution rate
4.3.1 Measurement conditions
When the bulldozer is at the whole machine weight and the frame is straight, place the bulldozer board in the transport position. 6
4.3.2 Instruments and equipment
Compression or tension dynamometer.
4.3.3 Test method
JB/T-7153.3—93
Measure the load and static radius of the front and rear axles and each wheel respectively. When measuring, put the control rod in the middle position and release the brakes of the wheels. If the sum of the loads of the front and rear axles is different from the weight of the whole machine, the weight of the whole machine shall prevail, and the error shall be shared by the front and rear axles according to the weight ratio. 4.3.4 Test results
Measure 3 times and take the average value and record it in Table 4.
