4.1 The glue machine shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the design drawings and technical documents approved by the regulatory procedures. 42 The tensile strength of the mixing material shall not be less than 570N/mm4.3 The discharge of the glue machine shall be clean, and the leakage at the discharge port shall not be greater than 5ml/b. 4.4 There shall be no leakage on the full contact surface between the mixing pot and the mixing bowl during operation. 45 The moisture rise of each bearing position of the glue machine shall not be greater than 20℃ when the glue machine is running idle. 4. A temperature measurement and adjustment device shall be set on the mixing machine. 4.7 The casing of the glue machine shall be subjected to a water pressure test, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure. The pressure shall be maintained for 10m to ensure that there is no leakage. 48 The appearance quality of the glue ball machine shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541. 4.9 The quality of the glue ball machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010. 5 Safety and environmental protection requirements

6 Test method

8.3 The packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1343. &4 The packaging and transportation mark of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB 6388. &.
