Some standard content:
QB/T2309--1997 According to the requirements of "Light Industry General Quality (1994) No. 8 Document" of China Light Industry General Association, this standard is specially formulated to strengthen the standard unification of plastic pencil eraser industry. In recent years, China has accumulated rich experience in producing plastic pencil erasers. With reference to the latest standards of foreign counterparts, Shanghai Pen Research Institute has conducted a series of measurements and accumulated a large amount of reliable data, making this standard more comprehensive, reasonable and accurate. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry General Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Stationery and Sports Goods Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Great Wall Stationery Co., Ltd. The main drafter of this standard: Sun Junhong. Light Industry Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Plastic Pencil Eraser QB/T 2309--- 1997 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic pencil erasers. This standard applies to plastic pencil erasers. 2. Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T149-1995 Pencils GB/T2828--1987 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches) GB/T 2829-1987 GB/T12654--1990 3 Classification Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of production process stability) Writing paper 3.1 Plastic pencil erasers can be divided into three types according to the process: template, extrusion and injection molding. 3.2 Special specifications shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Appearance quality The appearance should be regular, without cracks, pollution, or obvious damage. 4.2 Quality indicators Should meet the requirements of Table 1. Hardness HS Harmful substances Elimination rate Migration 5 Test method Above 45 Lead <0.02% Pick and stone <0.01% Above 80% Pencil erasers in plastic shell packaging are not allowed to migrate. Applicable items 5.1 The samples used for testing should be plastic pencil erasers that have been stored at a constant temperature of (25±2)℃ for more than 24 hours after production, and measured at room temperature (25±2)℃. 5.2 Appearance should be visually inspected. 5.3 Hardness test Approved by China Light Industry General Association on June 20, 1997 Implemented on April 1, 1998wwW.bzxz.Net QB/T2309---1997 Use the Shore hardness tester, the pressure needle should be vertical and gently touch the surface of the pressurized sample, and read the scale correctly, and measure the average value of more than 3 times as the hardness of the test sample. 5.4 Harmful substance test Cut the sample into 0.1mg size, accurately measure 1g, add 0.07mol/1. (0.07N) hydrochloric acid (warm 20l ± 1C) 50 times the mass of the sample, oscillate for 1min, and check the pH of the mixed solution. If the pH is above 1.5, add 2 mol/L (2N hydrochloric acid drop by drop, shaking while adding, until the pH is less than 1.5. Shake the mixture continuously for 1 hour, let it stand for 1 hour, and then filter it. Then analyze the resulting solution with an atomic absorption photometer. 5.5 Erasure rate test 5.5.1 Preparation of test piece Cut a plate with a thickness of (5 ± 0.2) mm from the sample as a test piece, and the processing surface of the part in contact with the test paper is (6 ± 1) mm arc shape. 5.5.2 Use a high-grade HB pencil, with the front end of the lead core diameter forward to 0.6mm, let the pencil contact the surface of the test paper at 75°±5' (dense surface), and use a weight of 0.3kgf (2.94N) to draw a line along the longitudinal direction of the test paper at a speed of (310±10)cm/min, and repeat the drawing until the width is (8±1)mm. The test paper uses writing paper that complies with GB/T12654 (above 80g/m2). See Figure 1. Pencil rod balancer|| tt||Lead core holding angle 75°±5 Test paper fixing tube 5.5.3 Test steps 5.5.3.1 Place the test piece perpendicular to the test paper and at right angles to and in contact with the colored line. Place a weight on the test piece so that the sum of the weight and the fixture mass is 0.5kgf (4.9N). Rub the colored part back and forth 4 times at a speed of (36±2)cm/min. At this time, you can use a brush to gently brush the disturbed colored part (see Figure 2 )。 Central fixture QB/T2309—1997 Sauce color line Test piece holder Test piece 5.5.3.2 Use a photo test densitometer or a device with equivalent performance or above, take the density of the uncolored part of the colored paper as zero, focus on the measurement of the density of the colored part and the wiped part. 5.5.4 Calculation method Calculate the erasure rate according to formula (1). E(%)=(1 -M/C) ×100 Where: E—erasure rate; M—density of the wiped part; density of the colored part. 5.6 Migration test Cut the HB pencil into 40mm long and place two such pencils in parallel on a test piece with a length of 35mm, a width of more than 15mm and a thickness of more than 5mm (facing the long side of the test piece). The load on the pencil is 0.02kgf (0.196N) and placed in a (60±2)℃ In a constant temperature box. Take it out after 60 minutes, check whether the paint of the pencil is attached to the test piece, and check whether there is any migration phenomenon. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, and the sample unit is block. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, using a normal inspection one-time sampling plan, and the inspection level is 1. 6.2.2 The classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, and qualified quality level (AQL value) are shown in Table 2. Table 2 6.3 Type inspection Technical requirements Test method Classification of non-conforming products 6.3.1 Samples for type inspection must be randomly selected from batches that have passed the factory inspection. Type inspection shall be carried out every six months, and type inspection shall also be carried out in the following situations. 6.3.2 Type a) When the process is changed or the main raw materials are replaced; b) When the production is stopped for more than three months and then resumed; c) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection. Acceptable quality level (AQL) QB/T2309—1997 6.3.3 The items, test methods and unqualified quality level (RQL) values of the type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Hazardous substances Elimination rate Migration Technical requirements Article Test methods Article 6.4 A type inspection report can be provided according to the requirements of the purchaser. 6.5 The purchaser can conduct inspections in accordance with all technical requirements of the standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking Classification of nonconforming products Rejected quality level (RQIL) The surface of the packaging box should be marked with the product model, quantity, weight, manufacturer name, production date, standard number, production plant address and precautions. Special packaging shall be stipulated separately by the supply and demand parties. 7.2 Packaging The outer packaging box should be sturdy and suitable for medium and long-distance transportation, and each box must have a product inspection certificate. 7.3 Transportation The products should be loaded and unloaded gently during transportation to prevent moisture and sun and rain. 7.4 Storage When storing, it is forbidden to invert or place on the side. It is not advisable to stack too high. Store in a dry and cool place. 7.5 Shelf life Under the above transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is two years from the date of manufacture. 260 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
