Some standard content:

GB/T 2792—1998
This standard is equivalent to Part 8: 180° Adhesion Test Method in JIS Z0237—1991 "Test Method for Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Tapes". 1. Differences between this standard and Part 8 in JIS 20237: (1) JIS Z0237 stipulates that the material of the test plate is SUS304, which is the domestic brand 0Cr18Ni9. This standard stipulates that the material of the test plate is 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti. (2) JIS Z0237 does not clearly stipulate the preparation of double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape samples. 2. This standard mainly revised GB/T 2792—1981 + (1) Added the preparation and test of double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape samples. (2) Added the material requirements for the test plate. (3) Added the surface treatment requirements for the test plate and the cleaning of the test plate before the test. (4) The hardness of the compression coated rubber (Shore A type) is changed from 60 ± 5° to 80 ± 5°. This standard will replace GB/T 2792-1981 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Adhesive Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the Institute of Adhesive Products. The main drafter of this standard is Shen Zhengying.
This standard was first published in 1981.
This standard is entrusted to the National Adhesive Standardization Technical Committee for interpretation. 1 Scope

3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions:
Peel strength pccl strength
The load per unit width that can withstand when the bonded specimen is separated under specified peeling conditions. Expressed in kN/m. 4 Test load
4.1 Pressing roller (as shown in Figure 1)
Rubber layer
Figure 1 Pressing roller diagram
4. 1. 1 The roller is a wheel with a diameter (excluding the rubber layer) of about 84 mm and a width of about 45 mm covered with rubber. 4.1.2 The hardness of the coated rubber (Shore A type) is 80±5° and the thickness is about 6 mm. 4.1.3 The mass of the jade roller is 2000g ± 50g. 4.2 Testing machine
4.2.1 The tensile testing machine should be able to make the breaking load of the specimen between 15% and 85% of the full load. The error of the value indication should not be greater than 1%. The testing machine continuously peels at a descending speed of 300 mm/min ± 10 mm/min. 4.2.2 The tensile testing machine should be equipped with a drawing device that can automatically record the peeling load. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on October 19, 1998, and implemented on April 1, 1999
5 Test specimens
GB/T2792-1998
5.1 Adhesive tape: The width of the cavity tape is 20 mm.1 1 mm, 25 mm.t:1 mm, and the length is about 200 mm5.2 Test plate (see Figure 2). The length of the test plate is 125 mm ± 1 mm, the width is 50 mm ± 1 mm, and the thickness is 1.5~2.0 mm. The material of the test plate is 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18.Vi9T11 specified in GB/T328U. The surface of the test plate is sandpaper with a grain size of P28 core specified in JB/T7499-1994. First, lightly grind it in the horizontal direction to grind out slight marks on the surface of the plate, and then evenly grind it in the longitudinal direction to remove these marks. The test board should be polished before use if it is used too frequently or has not been used for a long time. If there is permanent water pollution or scratches on the surface of the test board, it should be replaced in time.
If the test board is made of PVC, ARS, PE materials, its material and surface conditions can be described in the test report. 1251

5.3 Cleaning agent and wiping material
5.3.1 Cleaning agent: cyclohexane, gasoline, ethyl, isopropyl alcohol, toluene and other suitable reagent grade or industrial grade or above solvents with light residues. 5.3.2 Scrubbing material: degreased gauze, bleaching cloth, light woven cloth and other soft fabrics that do not drop short fibers during use and do not contain substances soluble in the above solvents.
6 Conditioning and test environment
6.1 Conditioning, before preparing the sample, the test plate should be placed at a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±5% for more than 2 hours.
6.2 The humidity in the test room is 23℃±2℃, and the relative humidity is 65%±5%. 7 Test steps
7.1 Wipe the test plate with a cleaning agent using a wiping material, and then wipe it with a clean degreased gauze. Repeat this cleaning process for more than three times until the working surface of the plate is clean after visual inspection. After cleaning, do not touch the working surface of the plate with your hands or other objects. 7.2 Measure the width of the tape with a tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.05mm. 7.3 Before preparing the sample, tear off the outer 3-5 layers of adhesive tape, and then take more than 20Gtm of adhesive tape (the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape cannot touch your hands or other substances). And connect the adhesive tape to the cleaned test plate. Place a polyester film or other material about 200 mm long and 40 mm wide under one end of the test plate, and then roll the sample back and forth three times with a pressure roller at a speed of about 300 mm/min under white weight (no bubbles are allowed at the bonding point between the sample and the test plate). 7.4 After the sample is prepared, it should be placed in the test environment for 20 to 40 minutes before testing. 7.5 Fold the sample 180° from the other end and peel off the adhesive surface 25 mm from the test plate. Clamp the free end of the sample and the test plate on the upper and lower clamps respectively. The peeling surface should be kept aligned with the force line of the testing machine. The testing machine peels continuously at a descending speed of 300mm/min+10mm/min, and a white dynamic recorder draws the peeling curve. 7.6 When double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is bonded to a stainless steel plate or other material, first tear off the outer 3 to 5 layers of the double-sided adhesive tape, then take more than 200mm of adhesive tape and paste it on a polyester film, and then peel off the other two release papers and test according to the provisions of 7.3.7.4 and 7.5. 7.7 When measuring the peeling strength of single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and thin sheets, films, etc., first paste the thin sheets, films, etc. on the steel plate, and then test according to the provisions of 7.3.7.4.7.5. Instructions for use,
J.1Sz0237 specifies SUS304 night.
8 Test results
8.1 Value range
GB/T 2792---1998
In the recording curve, the AB.CD part of the curve is not included in the test result (see Figure 3). It is calculated according to the distance between 20 and 80 mm after peeling (BC part). FN
8.2 Calculation by planimeter method
Figure 3 Schematic diagram of peeling curve
The 180° peel strength (kN/rm) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is calculated as follows: S
Formula: 5——Area within the value range of the recording curve, mt; 1——Length within the value range of the recording curve, nmb—Actual width of the adhesive tape, m
——Load per unit height of the recording paper, kN/m. 8.3 Calculation by reading method
Within the range of peeling defect value, read a number every 20 mm - read 4 numbers in total, and find the average value 8.4 represents that the number of samples in each group is not less than 3, and the test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean of the peeling strength. 9 Test report
