New products designed and manufactured for the first time, products with major changes in design structure that may affect performance; b. First products of old products converted into production, products that require type tests by the ship inspection department or other technical supervision departments. d. 3.1.2 The type test contents of the first-made products of the same series and other specifications that have passed the type test can be appropriately reduced. 3.2 Factory test The boiler units shall be subjected to factory test one by one. 3.3 System (navigation) test 3.3.1 System test shall be carried out after the boiler units are assembled on board. 3.3.2 The exhaust gas boiler and the exhaust gas part of the oil-fired and exhaust gas combination boiler shall be tested when the ship is sailing. 3.4 Test items and numbers Type test and exit test of boiler units! Test type: Mooring (navigation) test items and numbers are shown in Table 1. Approved by the State Technical Supervision Bureau on October 16, 1993 and implemented on July 1, 1994. W. Test age System training (inspection test The boiler has passed the technical inspection, and the auxiliary machines and accessories of the unit must be used by the unit, and must pass the test after installation. 4.2 4.3 The test instruments and meters used should be within the validity period of the design environment. The test fuel should meet the design requirements. Test method 5:1 Thermal test , 5.1.1 The thermal test of marine auxiliary calciners should be carried out in accordance with GI310180. The test time under various loads is 2.e W. Steam E-force control drama Double-pull type Continuous type CB/T 14649--93 Low load 50% load 75% load 100% load ln% load 5.1.2 For small auxiliary steel furnaces with design pressure less than 0.78MPa and steam output not more than 1t/h, only positive balance heat test can be carried out. 5.1.3 The thermal test items of exhaust gas weak furnace and exhaust gas combined boiler can be carried out according to the content agreed upon in the order negotiation between the two parties. 5.2 Safety test 5.2.1 The steam safety test should be conducted by raising the steam pressure in the steel furnace to the designed start-up value, and the start-up value of the safety valve should be observed and recorded. 5.2.2 The steam safety valve test should be conducted with the steam valve closed, 100% of the negative pressure in the furnace fully burned, and the water level kept within the safety water level range, and the start-up value should be observed and recorded. For combined boilers that can use both oil and gas, the steam test should be conducted during navigation. 5.2. 3. Manual opening test of steam safety valve, the opening handle of steam safety valve should be pulled quickly to conduct the test. 5.3. Oil injection test The oil injection test of silver furnace combustion solution should be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB1C837. 5.4. Cold furnace heating test The cold furnace heating test of boiler should record the time from cold furnace ignition to steam pressure reaching the working pressure. During the test, the steam valve and sewage valve must be closed, and the fire must not be stopped. 5.5. Automatic and manual control test The boiler Automatic and manual control tests shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of CB, 3161. 5.6 Determination of steam humidity and exhaust temperature The determination of steam humidity and exhaust temperature shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB10180. 5.7 Determination of exhaust smoke Ringelmann blackness Under normal combustion flow, the exhaust smoke blackness of the boiler shall be measured according to the Ringelmann flue gas concentration diagram. 5.8 Whole temperature determination The boiler wall temperature shall be measured with a point thermometer. When measuring, local positions such as manholes, hand holes, and combustion port pipes shall be avoided. 5.9 Intermediate parts effectiveness test During the test, the blowdown valve, steam valve, soot blower and other accessories shall be tested for manual operation effectiveness, and the water level gauge blow-off effectiveness test shall be conducted 5.10 Furnace wall inspection The boiler furnace cavity inspection shall be conducted after the test is completed, and the furnace membrane inspection hole shall be opened, or the burner shall be tested. 5.1 Test record management Fill in all test results in Table 3, Table 4, Table 5 and other tables.
