The welded surface of the tank plate should be smooth, free of cracks, burn-through, and other defects. 4.4 The flatness of the plate surface should not exceed 0.5 mm. 4. The balance of the elastic charge and the center batch size should be observed and the neutral lubricating oil should be used. 4.6 The maximum initial pressure should not exceed 150N, the maximum opening angle is 100°, and the tire can be inserted with sugar. 4.7 The surface of the cover should be treated with glandular induced bacteria. After treatment, it should meet the requirements of Se2 and St2 in GB/Tang 8923, and the pressure should be 200°. 4. The hatch has good watertightness. After the watertightness test with force, there should be no deformation and water-tightness. 5.1 Appearance quality Use the measuring method to measure the appearance of the hatch, and the result should meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.2 Flatness Use the measuring tool to check the surface of the sealing surface of the coaming. The surface should meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.3 Test of force and opening uniformity Use the tension to test the opening force and the measuring tool to check the opening angle. The result should meet the requirements of 4.6. 4 Watertightness test The hatch is installed on a special sealing test grid. After the hatch is closed, water is pumped into the box. The pressure is 0.3.MP2 and the pressure is 15mia. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.8. 6 Inspection schedule 6. Classification of quality inspection The quality inspection is divided into type inspection and final inspection. 6.2 Type inspection CB/T 3842—2000 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: a) First batch of product production; b) Major changes in structure, structure and process; c) Non-continuous batch production; d) Product transfer to another factory; e) When the ship inspection department deems it necessary. 6.2.2 Type inspection items are arranged according to Table 5. If it is found to be unqualified, it is allowed to be re-inspected after adjustment. If the re-inspection is qualified, it is considered that the type inspection is qualified. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 The items for hatch cover factory inspection shall be in accordance with Table 5.6.3.2 Batch and sampling Each hatch cover shall be subject to factory inspection. 6.3.3 Determination rules If the hatch cover factory inspection meets the requirements of Table 5, it can be considered that the factory inspection is qualified. If it is found that it is unqualified, it is allowed to be re-inspected after adjustment. If the re-inspection is qualified, it is considered that the factory inspection is qualified. 6.3.4 After the inspection is qualified, the inspection department shall issue a certificate of conformity and a shipping extension. 7 Marking, packaging and transportation 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The following product marks should be marked on the obvious parts of the product: a) Manufacturer name or label; b) Product name; e) Product mark: manufacturing date or production batch number; inspection pass stamp. 7.2 Packaging and transportation 7.2.1 The product can be packed in bundles or frame wooden boxes. 7.2.2 The product packaging box should contain the product inspection certificate. 7.2.3 The necessary rain protection measures should be taken during transportation to avoid impact. 5 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
