Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes -Material Box-Electromagnetic Cranes 1 Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the technical requirements, test and inspection rules for material box-electromagnetic cranes JB/T7688.12-95 This standard applies to cranes with material box pickers and electromagnetic suction cups as picking devices (hereinafter referred to as cranes). 2 Reference Standards JB/T7688.1 Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes-General Requirements JB/T7688.6 Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes-Integral Cranes JB/T7688.8 Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes-Stripping Cranes 3 Technical Requirements Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental Conditions The crane should work indoors, and its working environment temperature should be at least -10°C and not more than 105°C. 3.2 Performance in use The rated lifting capacity of the main lifting mechanism of the crane shall include the weight of the material box. The rated lifting capacity of the auxiliary lifting mechanism shall include the weight of the electromagnetic chuck. 3.3 Main components The material box-electromagnetic crane trolley is shown in Figure 1. 3.3.1 The material of the crankshaft, arm and connecting rod in the opening and closing mechanism of the material box supporter hanger shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB699. 3.3.2 The material of the structural parts of the material box supporter shall not be lower than Q235-C steel in GB700. 3.3.3 The electromagnetic chuck shall meet the following requirements: An electromagnetic chuck suitable for various steel chips, large pieces, ingots, scrap steel, etc. shall be used; for places where there are many steel chips, scrap steel, etc., it is recommended to use a lifting electromagnetic chuck with active magnetic poles and claws. 3.3.4 The cable drum shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3.5 of IB/T7688.6. 3.4 Assembly 3.4.1 The load-bearing working surface of the material box supporter for supporting the material box shall be kept horizontal, and the height difference of each group of working surfaces (two support rods as a group) shall not exceed L/300 (L is the distance between the material rods). 3.4.2 After the opening and closing system of the material box supporter is installed, each rotating hinge point shall move flexibly without jamming. 3.5 Safety 3.5.1 The material box supporter and the electromagnetic suction cup shall not work at the same time. 3.5.2 When the electromagnetic suction cup holds heavy objects, the held objects shall not fall off when the internal power of the crane is cut off. The holding time is generally 5 minutes (it can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties). 3.6 Lubrication The lower system of the material box opening and closing should adopt distributed point lubrication, and the rest shall comply with Article 3.11 of JB/T7688.1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 16, 1995 Implementation on July 1, 1996 4 TestwwW.bzxz.Net JB/T7688.12-95 1-Hook device; 2-Connecting rod; 3-Electromagnetic suction cup; 4-Crank; 5-Material box frame; 6-Auxiliary lifting mechanism; 7-Trolley running mechanism; 8-Motor; 9-Cable reel; 10-Drum; 11-Opening and closing mechanism; 12-Limit switch Figure 1 Responsibility Crane trolley In addition to complying with Article 4.1 of JB/T7688.1, the visual inspection of the crane shall also include the material box picker and the electromagnetic suction cup. 4.1 Qualification test During the test, the rated lifting weight should be gradually loaded, and it is allowed to be loaded in place at one time. Perform action tests and tests in all directions at standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in Article 4.2 of JB/T7688.1, the contents specified in Table 1 should also be verified. Table 1 4.3 Loading capacity test 4.3.1 Static load test Project name Opening and closing range of the pick-up rod Opening and closing speed of the pick-up rod Opening and closing limiter of the pick-up rod Measurement unit According to Article 4.3.1 of JB/T7688.1, load at 1.25G. during the test, required value According to the design drawing According to the design drawing Accurate and reliable Limit deviation 4.3.2 Dynamic load test When the crane is tested for dynamic load, load at 1.1G. The electromagnetic suction cup can be removed and loaded directly on the hook or ring. Other requirements shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.2 of JB/T7688.1. 4.3.3 Electromagnetic chuck test The same or similar suction capacity test method as the manufacturer shall be adopted. The test blocks must be connected together, and the suction capacity shall not be less than the rated value. 5 Inspection rules According to Chapter 5 of JB/T7688.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage According to Chapter 6 of JB/T7688.1. Warranty period According to Chapter 7 of JB/T7688.1.
