This standard specifies the analytical method for 1,1-dichloroethane in vinyl chloride products and molded products for food containers and packaging materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of residual 1,1-dichloroethane in polyvinyl chloride resin products for food containers and packaging materials produced by the acetylene method, or the determination of residual 1,3-dichloroethane in polyvinyl chloride resins and products for food containers and packaging materials produced by the ethylenic method. This standard is also applicable to the determination of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and 1,1-dichloroethane in vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride copolymer resins and their molded products.

7 Analysis steps
7.1 Sampling method
The resin was analyzed according to the sampling method specified in GB/T 5009.=8. The sampling method specified in GB/T 5009.67 is used for the sample preparation.
7.2 Standard curve
Extract 1,1-10 ml of ethane standard gas and inject it into the evacuated gas cylinder. Open and close the valve of the gas cylinder to balance the internal and external pressures. Disassemble the gas cylinder and let it stand for 10 minutes before use. Collect 5 mL of the above standard gas and inject it into a 100 ml injection tube filled with 95 ml of clean air. Take 1 ml, 2 ml, 4 ml, 5 ml of the standard gas after release and inject them into five balance bottles filled with 1.000 s blank respectively. The balance bottles are balanced in a drying oven for 3 seconds and 1 ml of pre-air is taken for sampling. Draw a standard curve with the component list as the coordinate and the component list as the ordinate (the standard curve with different content ranges can be prepared according to the two requirements).
