3 Preparation before processing
Gears
3.1 The performance, processing range and speed of the gears must be described in the machine tool manual, and the machine tool and its control device must be used and the operation methods must be learned. 3.2 Check whether all switches and handles are in the correct position. 3.3 Preheat the electrical control part according to the regulations. 3.4 Start the machine tool to run it idle, check all switches, and adjust the lightness, starting and hand sensitivity, etc. 3.5 The number and programming origin of the workpiece to be processed. 4 Installation of tools and workpieces
4.1 When placing tools, pay attention to the order of use. The placement of tools must be in the order and position required. 4.2 The workpiece should be mounted firmly and carefully to avoid any interference between the tool and the workpiece or between the tool and the tool during operation. 5.1 Before the workpiece is processed, it must undergo a program change test (type of operation), track speed check, single program segment test, and workability and size test. Approved by the National Machinery Industry Bureau on November 16, 1998, 190812-0 implementation. JB/9168.JU: 1998
5.2 During the processing day, the program must be input correctly and the user must not change the program.
During the process, the operator should monitor the display device at any time. When an alarm signal is found, the machine should be stopped and the fault should be eliminated in time. The control system or computer cabinet should not be opened at will during the processing. 5.4
After the processing is completed, the processing tapes, magnetic tapes or disks should be collected and properly stored for reuse. 5.5
