1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements of claw-pole permanent magnet synchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors). This standard applies to electric motors with multi-stage reduction gearboxes, which are eccentric shaft structures and are used in household appliances and similar mechanisms that require a constant low-speed power source, such as rotary fans, air conditioner air guides, microwave oven turntable mechanism timers, etc. 2 Reference standards

Quality classification of small-power motor products
3.1 The rating of the motor is a continuous rating based on the continuous duty system (S1). 3.2 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 220V. 3.3
The speed of the motor output shaft is 2.5, 3, 5, 30, and 33r/min. 3.4
The installation dimensions and tolerances of the motor shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1, and the overall dimensions shall not be greater than the dimensions specified in Figure 1 and Table 1. AC

The motor should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical conditions approved by the prescribed procedures. The motor should be able to operate at rated speed under the following altitudes, ambient air temperatures, and ambient air temperature conditions. 4.2
The altitude should not exceed 1000m.
4.2.2 The ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but does not exceed 40℃. mm
Standard: If the motor is used under the condition that the specified speed exceeds 1000 or the ambient air temperature is higher than 40C, the minimum ambient air temperature shall be +5C as specified in Article 6.4 of GB5171.
The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in that month is not higher than 25C. 4.3 The difference between the power supply voltage and rated power during the operation of the motor and the rated value shall be in accordance with Article 3.2.2 of GB5171. When the motor is at rated voltage and frequency, the pull-in torque and step-out torque shall not be less than the values specified in Table 2, the input power shall not be greater than the values specified in Table 2g

4.5 The pull-in torque of the motor shall not be less than 0.7% of the value specified in Table 2 at the rated power and 85% of the rated voltage. 33
If the motor uses Class A or Class E insulation, when the altitude and ambient air conditions (temperature, humidity) meet the requirements of Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit (resistance method) of the motor stator winding is 65K (Class A) or 75K (Class E). If the altitude or ambient air conditions of the test site are different from those specified in Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit shall be in accordance with Article 6.5 of GB5171. 4.7 The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding shall not be less than 100 at room temperature. MQ, in thermal steady state or after temperature rise test, should not be less than 10Mn.
4.8 The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand a 1-minute withstand voltage test without breakdown and flashover. The test voltage is rated at 50Hz and is a real sine wave. The effective value of the voltage is 1500V. When a large number of motors produced continuously on the conveyor belt are tested for delivery, the test time is allowed to be shortened to more than 1 minute. The effective value of the test voltage is 1800V. The test voltage is applied by trial selection.

4.9 The leakage current of the motor shall not exceed 0.25mA. 4.10 Durability of the motor
After the durability test in Article 5.5, the insulation resistance of the motor shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.? 4.11 Abnormal operation of the motor
After the abnormal operation test in Article 5.6, the motor [winding temperature shall not exceed 150℃ (Class A) or 165℃ (Class E)], and can withstand a withstand voltage test of 1250V (effective value) for 1min. 4.12 After the damp heat test, the motor shall meet the following requirements. a) The insulation resistance of the motor winding to the housing shall not be less than 10Ma; b) The motor winding to the housing shall be able to withstand a 1min withstand voltage test without flashover or breakdown, and the test voltage is 1250V; at the rated voltage and rated frequency, the motor shall be able to start normally, and the no-load input power and step-out torque shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4.13 The noise value of the A-weighted sound power level measured when the motor is unloaded is divided into levels I and II. Level 1 should not exceed 40dB, and level II should not exceed 45dB.
4.14 The lead wire of the motor should be firm and reliable, and it should not break or fall off under a tensile force of 5N for 15s, and the insulation layer should still be in good condition. 4.15 If the user uses and stores the motor correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions, the manufacturer should ensure that the motor can operate normally within a period of no more than one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. If the motor is damaged or cannot operate normally due to poor quality within the specified period, the manufacturer should repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 5 Test method
5.1 The motor test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBK21001 and this standard. 5.2 Low voltage pull-in synchronous measurement.
At 85% of the rated voltage, apply 0.7 times the pull-in torque on the motor shaft, apply the test voltage intermittently and start three times. If it fails to pull synchronously from static once, it will be unqualified. During the test, the motor axis should be perpendicular to the ground plane. 5.3 The pull-in torque and the step-out torque should be measured by putting on the plate shown in Figure 2 (the plate is made of aluminum). It should be carried out in accordance with Articles 9.3 and 10.3 of ZBK21001.
5.4 Determination of leakage current
The leakage current is measured after the temperature rise test, and the motor under test is operated at no load at 1.06 times the rated voltage, according to the method specified in Article 7.2 of GB12350.
5.5 Durability test
5.5.1 The motor under test is operated at no load for 48 hours at 1.1 times the rated voltage, and then operated at no load for 48 hours at 0.9 times the rated voltage after rain. The above two 48h operation tests can be carried out continuously or cumulatively in stages, but the duration of each operation shall not be less than 4h. 5.5.2 The tested motor shall be started 50 times at 1.1 times and 0.85 times the rated voltage respectively. 5.6 Abnormal operation test

Block the rotor of the tested motor at rated frequency and rated voltage to make it reach thermal stability. After thermal stability, the winding temperature shall not exceed the provisions of Article 4.11.
After the above test, the sample shall be cooled to room temperature and then subjected to a 1250V withstand voltage test for 1min. The damp heat test shall be carried out in accordance with GB12665, with a test cycle of 2d. 5.7
5.8 The noise test shall be carried out in accordance with GB10069.1. 5.9 Tensile test of lead wires
The motor under test is fixed horizontally, and the lead wires are vertically downward. A 5N tensile force is applied to the free end of each lead wire for 15 seconds. The lead wires should meet the requirements of Article 4.15.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each product must pass the inspection before it can leave the factory, and a product inspection certificate must be attached. 6.2 Factory inspection
The items of factory inspection include:
6.2.1 Mechanical inspection:
a) Appearance quality inspection: Check whether the motor is assembled completely and correctly. There should be no rust or dents on the surface of the motor, the gears should mesh well, and the nameplate content and handwriting should be clear and correct; b) Motor no-load inspection: When the motor rotates, it should be smooth and light, without stagnation, and the sound should be harmonious without harmful noise. c) Installation dimension inspection: The installation dimensions and external dimensions should comply with the provisions of Article 3.4. Determination of the DC resistance of the stator winding in the actual cold state. 6.2.21
6.2.3 Determination of the insulation resistance between the stator winding and the housing. No-load low-voltage starting test (the specific voltage value is specified by the manufacturer). 6.2.43
6.2.5 Determination of no-load power not exceeding 4W. 6.2.6 Voltage withstand test of electric motors
6.2.7 Determination of output shaft speed
During factory inspection, each unit must be inspected for clauses a and b of 6.2.1 and clauses 6.2.4 and 6.2.6 of this standard. The remaining items may be inspected by random sampling. The inspection method shall be formulated by the factory. 6.3 Type test
Type test shall be conducted in any of the following cases. a) New products to be trial-produced;
b) When there are major changes in design, process and materials used; c) Regular random sampling of products produced in batches or large quantities, at least once a year; d) When products that are not produced frequently are produced again. 6.4 Type test items of motors:
a) All factory inspection items,
b) Determination of pull-in torque;
Determination of step-out torque;
Temperature rise test;
Insulation resistance under hot conditions,
Determination of leakage current;
Durability test;
h) Abnormal operation test;
Determination of noise;
Wet heat test:
k) Determination of input power;
1) Lead wire tensile test.

The sampling plan for type test products shall be carried out in accordance with JB/DQ3619. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The motor shall be equipped with a clear and indelible nameplate in a conspicuous position. The motor nameplate should indicate the following items:
Motor model and name;
Manufacturer's name or factory mark;
Rated voltage:
Rated frequency;
Output shaft speed;
Year and month of production or production number.
The motor should have an instruction manual, which should indicate the motor's installation dimensions and overall dimensions. Anti-rust measures should be taken for the motor shaft extension.
The packaging of the motor should ensure that it will not be damp or damaged due to poor packaging within one year from the date of shipment under normal storage and transportation conditions.
The words and signs on the outer wall of the packing box should be clear and neat, and the contents are as follows: a)
The name of the shipping station and the manufacturer;
The name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
The model and number of motors;
The net weight and gross weight of the motor;
The size of the box;
f) The words "handle with care" and "afraid of moisture" should be marked on the appropriate position outside the box, and the graphics should comply with the provisions of GB191. There is no restriction on the means of transportation of the motor, but the motor must be protected from damage, rain and chemical corrosion during transportation. 7.8 The motor should be stored in a clean and well-ventilated warehouse with an ambient air temperature of -10 to 40℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. The air should not contain corrosive gases.
