Sample extraction can be carried out by simple random sampling in the whole population using GB/T10111 or other methods, or by stratified proportional random sampling or multi-level sampling methods as appropriate to ensure that the sample has good representativeness. 2
3.4 Sample inspection
SY/T5539--2000
Product quality evaluation and inspection of oil well pipes can be completed by full-time product quality supervision and inspection personnel at the production site, storage and transportation site, use site or full-time inspection agency.
Under normal circumstances, oil pipes and casings should be in accordance with GB/T9253.2. Inspections shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of SY/T6194, SY/T6128, GB/T17745, SY/T6417, and SY/T5989; drill pipes shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of SY/T5987; drill stem conversion joints, drill pipe joints, drills, drill tool stabilizers, and integral weighted drill pipes shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of SY5200, SY/T5987, SY/T5144, SY/T5051, and SY/T5146 respectively.
4 Determine whether the sampling population can be graded. For each inspection item, inspect each sample in the sample one by one according to the inspection method and qualified judgment criteria specified in the corresponding standards. Accumulate the number of unqualified products by quality characteristics. If the number of unqualified products in any category of the sample is greater than or equal to the corresponding unqualified judgment number in Table 1, the population cannot be graded. If the number of non-conforming products in all categories is less than the corresponding non-conforming judgment number, the population is considered to have passed the sampling inspection and can be graded. The evaluation method is shown in Chapter 5 and Chapter 6. Quality evaluation inspection scoring rules
The inspection results of the three quality characteristics of A, B, and C (a total of 7 sub-categories) specified in 3.2 are scored separately (the full score for each category is 100 points). 5.1 Inspection scoring rules for category A1 (non-destructive testing and weight, water pressure, diameter, etc.), category B (thread parameters, geometric dimensions) and category C (appearance quality, marking, coating, packaging) The inspection scoring rules for non-destructive testing and weight, water pressure, diameter, thread parameters, geometric dimensions, appearance quality, marking, coating, packaging, etc. are shown in Table 2.

5.2A2 (mechanical properties, chemical composition, microstructure) inspection scoring rules Each sample drawn such as tensile properties, impact properties, flattening properties, hardness and chemical composition, metallographic structure, grain size and other conventional physical and chemical properties meet the corresponding standard requirements, then 60 points can be obtained. If any conventional physical and chemical performance index of any sample fails, no points will be awarded for this item. The final score of this item should be calculated based on the lower score of each sample. For every 10% increase in impact toughness relative to the standard value, 4 points can be added to the basic score of 0 points (but a maximum of 40 points can be added). For a drill pipe, if the tensile specimen in the friction butt weld zone breaks at the weld, 5 points will be deducted for each occurrence. The final score of each sample should be calculated based on the lower score of the drill pipe body, drill pipe joint, and friction butt weld zone. For pipes and casings, the final score of each sample should be calculated based on the lower score of the pipe body and coupling. 5.3A3 category (basic physical performance) inspection scoring rules - only applicable to tubing and casing basic physical performance inspection is carried out in accordance with SY/T6128, and its samples should be randomly paired for testing. The overall connection strength test results that meet the requirements of SY/I6417 will be awarded 24 points. If the overall connection strength of any sample does not meet the standard requirements, the basic physical performance item will not be scored. For each 3% (calculated based on the lower value) that exceeds the standard, 4 points will be added (but a maximum of 16 points can be added). The make-up and break-out speed and torque should meet the requirements of GB/T17745. Among them, if the casing is repeatedly buckled 3 times under the maximum torque condition or the tubing is repeatedly buckled and unbuckled 10 times under the maximum torque condition, if no sticking occurs at all, 30 points will be awarded; if a slight sticking occurs in each sample of the same group (the tooth shape is basically complete and can still be used after grinding), 4 points will be deducted; if one sample is seriously sticking, no points will be awarded for the basic physical performance item.
Use! The thread sealing performance test of the tubing and casing of the oil and water injection wells should choose clean water or oil as the medium*, and 18 points will be awarded if no leakage occurs when the standard test pressure of SY/T6194 is reached and 30rin is reached without leakage; if any sample leaks, no points will be awarded for the basic physical performance item: under the standard test pressure specified in SY/T6194, if slight leakage occurs (water drops appear but do not fall off), 6 points will be deducted for each occurrence: if the standard test pressure exceeds the standard test pressure specified in SY/T6194, 3 points will be added for each 10% (calculated according to the lower value) (but a maximum of 12 points can be added). All basic physical performance items are calculated based on the lower score. 6 Comprehensive Evaluation
6.1 Determination of Comprehensive Score
The comprehensive score X of oil well pipe products is the sum of the products of the scores of various quality characteristics and their corresponding weight values. The weight values of various quality characteristics are shown in Table 3:

*Note: The physical performance inspection of oil pipes and sleeves for other "methods" (such as gas recovery, thermal recovery, etc.) is not within the scope of this evaluation. 6.2 Classification of product grades
SY/T 5539—2000
Shantou combined pipe product grades can be divided according to the comprehensive scores obtained in 6.1 according to Table 4. Table 4 Oil well pipe product grade classification

6.3 Example of oil well combined pipe product quality evaluation
Product level
A batch of casings from a factory were tested and the scores of A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, CI, and C2 quality characteristics were 80, 88, and 92 respectively. , 70, 70, 90, 100 points, then the comprehensive score is: X = 80 × 0.25 + 88 × 0.18 + 92 × 0.22 + 70 × 0.15 + 70 × 0.10 + 90 × 0.07 + 100 × 0.03 - 82.88 Therefore, the final evaluation result of this batch of casing is Grade II. 7 Processing of quality evaluation results
All oil and gas pipes rated as Grade I, Grade II, and Grade II can be recommended for purchase, among which Grade I oil well pipe products are preferred products, and Grade II well pipe products are not recommended for purchase. Because they failed to pass the sampling inspection, The purchase of oil and pipe products that cannot be graded should be stopped.
