3.1 Appearance: transparent, oily liquid without visible impurities. 3.2 Industrial dioctyl terephthalate should meet the requirements of the following table. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 10, 1993. Implemented on January 1, 1994. Color (platinum-cobalt), No. Ester content \ (calculated as DOTP), % Density (p2o).g/cm Acidity (calculated as terephthalic acid), % Heating loss, % Flash point, ℃ Volume resistivity, n·m HG/T2423-93 Superior product 2X101g Note: 1) Ester content shall be inspected at least once a month, and other items shall be factory inspection items. 4 Test method Determination of color shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T1664.

Perform according to GB/T6489·3. After heating in boiling water for 1h, take out the flask, rinse the condenser with 20mL water, shake the flask until the solution is clear, immerse in cold water to cool, rinse the flask with 20mL water after cooling, remove the flask and rinse each interface with 20mL water. The mass percentage of ester (in terms of DOTP) is calculated as follows: 390.57/2×c×(V.-V)
Where: c
The actual concentration of the hydrochloric acid standard titration solution, mal/L; V. The volume of the standard hydrochloric acid solution consumed in the blank test, mL; V, — the volume of the standard hydrochloric acid solution consumed by the sample, mL; m-
sample mass, g;
A——acidity (expressed as the mass percentage of terephthalic acid); 390.57/2-conversion factor of dioctyl terephthalate; 166.13/2—conversion factor of terephthalic acid. Allowable difference:
390.57/2A
The difference between the results of two parallel determinations shall not exceed 0.3%, and the arithmetic mean shall be taken as the ester content. 4.3 Determination of density
Determine in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4472 (Weihe balance method). 4.4. Determination of acidity
Determine in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6489·2. Anhydrous ethanol is used instead of 95% (V/V) ethanol as the solvent. Allowable difference:
The difference between two parallel determination results is not more than 0.003%, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the acidity. 4.5 Determination of heating loss
The determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1669.
Allowable difference:
The difference between two parallel determination results is not more than 0.05%, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the heating loss. 4.6 Determination of flash point
The determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1671.
Allowable difference:
HG/T2423-93
The difference between two parallel determination results is not more than 3℃, and the arithmetic mean is taken as the interior point. 4.7 Determination of volume resistivity
The determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1672.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 This product is a batch of uniform products per package. 5.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer according to the requirements of 3.2. The manufacturer shall ensure that the various indicators of each batch of products shipped meet the requirements of this standard and be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3: The receiving unit has the right to inspect and accept the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 5.4 This product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6680. A clean and dry sampling tube shall be used to evenly sample the upper, middle and lower parts of the packaging container. The sampling volume shall not be less than 1000mL. After mixing, the samples shall be placed in two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. The bottle mouths shall be sealed and marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, and sampler. One bottle shall be submitted to the quality supervision and inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle shall be sealed for three months for review. 5.5 If even one indicator in the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples shall be taken from twice the amount of packaging containers for re-inspection. If the re-inspection result still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be unqualified products. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality and require arbitration, the arbitration institution may be selected by both parties through negotiation. During arbitration, inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The packaging container shall be marked with the following in an obvious position: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, grade, batch number, gross weight, net weight, and production date. 6.2 Dioctyl terephthalate shall be packed into a 200L galvanized iron drum or iron drum that is clean, dry, firm, and free of mechanical impurities. The drum cover shall be sealed with a polyethylene or colorless rubber gasket to prevent leakage. 6.3 Each batch of packaged products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall include: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, grade, net weight, packaging date and this standard number.
6.4 During transportation, it shall be lifted and placed gently to prevent violent impact. 6.5 This product shall be stored in a ventilated and dry cargo shed or warehouse. Additional Notes:
