1. Scope
Standard of the Mechanical Industry of the People's Republic of China
Technical Requirements
Digital Display of Induction Synchronizer:
This standard specifies the product model, technical requirements, marking, packaging and other aspects of digital display of induction synchronizer. JB/T 8375-1996
Replaces ZBJ42017--88
This standard applies to instruments that automatically display displacement using rotary and linear induction synchronizers as detection elements. 2 Reference Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T191-90 Packaging, storage and transportation pictorial symbols
ZBY003--84 General technical conditions for instrument packaging 3 Product model
The product model consists of four parts, as follows: The fourth part, resolution, is represented by two digits. The third part, the coordinate number is represented by a number
-The second part, the Chinese phonetic letter represents the circuit principle or characteristics. The first part, the Chinese phonetic letter S represents the induction synchronizer number. The second part of the Chinese phonetic letter is respectively It is expressed as follows: B-Programmable type
D-Constant scale excitation type
F-Amplitude detection type
G-High speed tracking typeWww.bzxZ.net
J-Absolute coordinate type
T-Pulse width modulation type
W-Microcomputer type
X-Phase detection type
The third part of the coordinate number is expressed as follows: "0" is the coordinate number of the rotary induction synchronizer digital display; "1, 2, ..., 9" is the coordinate number of the linear induction synchronizer digital display. The fourth part of the resolution is expressed as follows:
The resolution is expressed in two digits, the resolution unit of the rotary induction synchronizer digital display is "\", and the resolution unit of the linear induction synchronizer digital display is "um".
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 22, 1996 624
Implemented on July 1, 1996
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working conditions
4.1.1 Ambient temperature: 0~45℃
JB/T 8375-1996
4.1.2 Relative humidity: not more than 90% (ambient temperature is 25℃). 4.1.3 Power supply: 220±1V, power frequency 50Hz±1Hz. 4.1.4 No obvious corrosive gas around.
4.2 Operating functions
The operating functions of the digital display shall be specified by the enterprise in the technical conditions of the product. 4.3 Resolution of digital display
The resolution of the digital display refers to the minimum digital display value of the digital display. Its nominal value can be 1, 2 or 5. 4.4 Accuracy
The accuracy of the digital display refers to the error measured after the digital display is formed into a system using a metering induction synchronizer. The accuracy can be expressed as the peak-to-peak value of the error, or half of this value with a "±" sign. The nominal value of the accuracy error is ±1, ±2 or ±5 minimum digital display values. 4.5 Repeatability error
The repeatability error of the digital display is not allowed to exceed 1/2 of the accuracy. 4.6 Stability
The digital display is connected to the induction synchronizer. After 30 minutes to 6 hours of power on, the digital drift is not allowed to exceed one resolution digit. 4.7 Maximum static displacement measurement speed
After the digital display and the inductive synchronizer form a position measurement system, the maximum displacement measurement speed allowed by the digital display, the linear digital display is divided into five gears of not less than 6, 12, 24, 50, 100m/min, and the rotary digital display is divided into five gears of not less than 5, 10, 20, 40, 80r/min. 4.8 Maximum dynamic displacement measurement speed and maximum acceleration (only for high-speed tracking digital displays) After the digital display and the inductive synchronizer form a position measurement system, the maximum displacement measurement speed allowed when the difference between the displacement value measured by the digital display and the actual displacement value under dynamic conditions is not greater than a certain specified value. The maximum acceleration refers to the acceleration value of the inductive synchronizer movement allowed when the difference between the displacement value measured by the digital display and the actual displacement value is not greater than a certain specified value after the digital display and the inductive synchronizer form a position measurement system.
4.9 Safety performance
4.9.1 The maximum allowable AC leakage current is not greater than 3.5mA. 4.9.2 The minimum insulation resistance allowed is not less than 5MQ. 4.9.3 The withstand voltage test is ac1500V or dc2100V for 1min, and no breakdown is allowed. 4.10 Anti-interference performance
The digital display should have a certain anti-interference performance and be suitable for use in the workshop working environment. After interference, the last digit is allowed to add or subtract one digit and can be clearly distinguished.
4.11 Reliability
The reliability of the digital display is measured by the mean trouble-free working time MTBF. The MTBF shall not be less than 5000h. 4.12 Unpacking pass rate
The unpacking pass rate is not less than 95%.
5 Marking, packaging and others
