GB/T 8101-2002 "Installation surface of relief valve" is a revision of the national standard "GB/T8101-1987 Plate-connected hydraulic relief valve installation surface" which is based on the international standard ISO6264:1998 "Hydraulic transmission GB/T8101-1987 Plate-connected hydraulic relief valve installation surface". Compared with ISO6264:1998, this standard has the following differences: According to the current standards in my country, this standard adds GB/T8099-1987 "Hydraulic stack valve installation surface" in chapter "2 Normative references", and deletes ISO4401:1994 "Hydraulic transmission four-port directional control valve installation surface"; considering the needs of remote pressure regulating valves and unloading relief valves designed by domestic manufacturers and currently produced and used, the installation surface of remote pressure regulating valves with a maximum main oil port diameter of 6.3mm and the installation surface of unloading relief valves with a maximum main oil port diameter of 14.7mm, 23.4mm, and 32mm are added; Appendix A "Example of installation surface code rules" is added to help understand the text. When the international standard ISO6264:1998 is adopted to revise GB/T8101--1987, this standard and the revised standard have some changes in the following important technical contents: The installation surface code is in accordance with ISO5783: The original standard was written in accordance with ISO5783:1981. The original relief valve mounting surface dimensions of the main oil port maximum diameter of 4mm and 6.3mm were changed to the relief valve mounting surface dimensions of the main oil port maximum diameter of 4.5mm and 7.5mm.
Each main oil port maximum diameter is added with relief valve or pilot relief valve graphic symbols; a chapter "8 Superimposed valve" is added;
a chapter "9 Working pressure" is added;
This standard From the date of implementation, GB/T8101-1987 "Plate-type Hydraulic Overflow Valve Installation Surface" shall be abolished and replaced. Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix.

The terms and definitions established in GB/T17446 apply to this standard. 4 Symbols
4.1 This standard adopts the following symbols:
a) A, B, L, P, T and X represent oil ports; b) F1, F2, F3, F4, F and F. represent screw holes for fixing screws; c) G represents locating pin holes;
d) D represents the diameter of fixing screws;
e) rmax represents the radius of the fillet of the mounting surface.
4.2 The graphic symbols used in this standard conform to GB/T786.1. 4.3 This standard adopts the code rules specified in ISO5783, and examples of mounting surface codes are given in Appendix A. 5 Tolerances
5.1 The following tolerances shall be applied to the mounting surface (the area within the thick dotted line): Surface roughness: Ra ≤ 0.8 μm (see GB/T1031 and GB/T131); Surface flatness: 0.01 mm within a distance of 100 mm (see GB/T1182); Dowel hole diameter tolerance: H12.
5.2 From the origin of the coordinate system, the following tolerances shall be applied to the linear dimensions along the axis and the axis: GB/T 8101—2002

The mounting surface dimensions of the remote pressure regulating valve shall be selected from the drawings specified in 6.7. 8 Stacked valves
For stacked valves, the mounting surface and port markings specified in GB/T8099 shall be used. 9 Working pressure

Dimensions in mm
1) The minimum thread depth is 1.5 times the screw diameter D. In order to improve the interchangeability of the valve and reduce the length of the fixing screw, the recommended total thread depth is (2D + 6) mm. For mounting surfaces made of ferrous metal materials, the recommended screw-in length of the fixing screw is 1.25D mm. 2) The dimension determined by the area within the thick dotted line is the minimum dimension of the mounting surface. The right angles of the rectangle can be rounded, and the maximum fillet radius rmax is equal to the thread diameter of the fixing screw.
Along each coordinate axis, the distance from the center of the outermost holes (threaded holes or light holes) to the edge of the mounting surface is equal. 3) This dimension gives the minimum space required for a valve with such a mounting surface. This dimension is also the minimum distance between the center lines of two identical mounting surfaces on the same manifold.
