ICS01.080.20 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T29473-2020 Replaces GB/T29473—2012 Classification, code and marking of mobile laboratory Classification, code and marking of mobile laboratoryIssued on 2020-11-19 State Administration for Market Regulation National Standardization Administration Implementation on 2021-06-01 This standard was drafted according to the rules given in GB/T1.12009. GB/T29473—2020 This standard replaces GB/T29173—2012 "Classification, code and marking of mobile laboratories". Compared with GB/T29473-2012, the main technical changes are as follows: The "Shelter-type\Definition" in "3 Terms and Definitions" has been modified (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2012 edition): Added the "Environmental characteristics classification code" "Data processing requirements classification code" (see 5.1.1): Added the "Sub-discipline code" (see 5.1.2); Added the "Mobile laboratory environmental characteristics code" (see 5.1.5): Added the "Mobile laboratory data processing requirements classification code" (see 5.1.6): Modified the mobile laboratory code example (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2012 edition) : The mobile laboratory hoisting mark has been modified (see 5.3.1, 5.3.1 of the 2012 edition): In the "mobile laboratory nameplate", the "curb weight" has been deleted and the "certification mark" has been added (see 5.3.2, 5.3.2 of the 2012 edition). This standard is proposed and managed by the National Mobile Laboratory Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC509). The drafting units of this standard: Chongqing Jinguan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Puyu Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Shenyang New Energy Automobile Industry Association. The main drafters of this standard: Gong Kang, Hu Jiankun, Fang Dehe, Zhu Jun, Wang Lianyong, Han Shuanglai, Zhang Xuecong, Song Shike, and Wang Chong. Note: A comprehensive mobile laboratory is a mobile laboratory that meets more than two experimental requirements or has other special functions. 4.2 Naming of mobile laboratories Mobile laboratories are named according to the mode of transportation and functional category. For example, self-propelled mobile laboratory for buried objects, trailer-mounted biological mobile laboratory, and square-type comprehensive mobile laboratory. -rrKaeerkAca- GB/T29473—2020 Mobile laboratory code and marking 5.1 Mobile laboratory code The mobile laboratory code consists of the Chinese initials of "移" and "实" in Chinese, YS, the mobile laboratory functional category code, model, mode of transportation code, environmental characteristics, data processing requirements and product serial number (product serial number ranges from 0000 to 9999), and the arrangement order is shown in Figure 1. Product serial number Sensitive handling requirements Environmental characteristics Operation mode code Functional code Modification Figure 5.1.2 Mobile laboratory function category code The mobile laboratory function category code consists of functional discipline, detailed discipline and business part. The functional discipline code is shown in Table 1. The detailed discipline code is the first letter of the English code of the detailed discipline. See Table 2 for details. The codes are shown in Table 3. Model code of mobile laboratory Mobile laboratory model 5.1.4 Code of mobile laboratory transportation mode Actual use area of mobile laboratory Specially customized and in compliance with the regulations of national agencies Mobile laboratory transportation modes are divided into three types: self-propelled, trailer-type, and square-type. The code is the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the first word of the transportation name. See the table for details Code of mobile laboratory transportation mode Mobile laboratory transportation mode 5.1.5 Code of mobile laboratory environmental characteristics Self-propelled Square-type The environmental characteristics of mobile laboratories are divided into dry and wet types. Dry laboratories refer to experiments such as precision instrument rooms, balance rooms, and high-temperature rooms that do not use or use less water. Wet laboratories refer to laboratories that need to be equipped with water supply and drainage for routine experiments such as sample processing, volumetric analysis, centrifugation, precipitation, and filtration. The code is the first Chinese character of the environmental characteristics, see Table 5 for details. Table 5 Mobile laboratory environmental characteristics code Mobile laboratory environmental characteristics GB/T29473—2020 5.1.6 Mobile laboratory data processing requirements classification code The mobile laboratory data processing requirements code is identified by letters and numbers, where the letter A represents the mobile laboratory data processing requirements, and the number identifies the accuracy of data processing. The specific codes are as follows: -AI sampling only, A2 qualitative analysis; A3 semi-quantitative analysis: A4 quantitative analysis -A5 precise quantitative analysis. 5.2 Examples of mobile laboratory codes Examples of mobile laboratory codes are shown in Table 6. Table 6 Example of mobile laboratory code Product function and number Mobile laboratory that meets physical and thermal testing, small self-propelled, dry environmental characteristics, and quantitative analysis, product number 00C3 Mobile laboratory that meets inorganic chemical testing, medium-sized push-and-hang type, diffuse environmental characteristics, and qualitative analysis, product number 0204 Mobile laboratory that meets zoological testing, large white-type, wet environmental characteristics, and qualitative analysis, product number 0017 Mobile laboratory that meets comprehensive testing, large type, dry environmental characteristics, and only performs sampling analysis, product number 0088 Mobile laboratory marking and nameplate 5.3.1 Mobile laboratory hoisting mark Product code example YS-IH-AZG-A4-0003 YS IIB-TS-A2-0204 YS-IIZ-C-ZSA2-0017 YS-IN-CFG-A1-C068 Mobile laboratory products should be loaded and unloaded by self-driving or towing during transportation. When it is necessary to load and unload by hoisting, hoisting marks should be set on certain parts of the outer wall of the mobile laboratory, and special hoists should be used for loading and unloading to avoid damage to the product. The hoisting mark is an executive graphic symbol, and the size, color matching and other requirements of the symbol shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T191. 5.3.2 Mobile laboratory nameplate The type of mobile laboratory nameplate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The nameplate shall include the following contents: a) mobile laboratory name, b) mobile laboratory code: e) mobile laboratory working area; d) factory number; certification mark: factory date, outline dimensions (length × width × height); manufacturing unit.
