The total thickness of the paint film is 45±5μm.
W.HG/T2595-94
5.8.3 Perform according to the provisions of Method A in 3.1 in GB/T1763. 5.9 Acid resistance of composite coating
5.9.1 Preparation of substrate
Take 3 cylindrical steel bars with a length of about 100±2mm and a diameter of about 1315mm, one end of which is oval and the other end should have a small hole for hanging. According to the provisions of 3.4 of GB/T9271, grind and remove rust, clean and dry the test bars for use. 5.9.2 Preparation of paint film
According to the provisions of 6.3 of GB/T1727 for dip coating, apply one layer of zinc yellow or iron red perchloroethylene primer, two layers of perchloroethylene anticorrosive paint of various colors and one layer of perchloroethylene anticorrosive varnish. After each dip coating, dry it at 60-65℃ for 1h, take it out, cool it and invert it 180° before dipping the next layer. The total thickness of the paint film is between 70±10um. If the composite coating does not reach the specified thickness, it should be supplemented by dip coating of varnish. The drying time is the same as above. Finally, dry at 60-65℃ for 2h, take out and cool, then dip the oval end of the rod in 5mm long paraffin wax, and then hang it for 48h under the test conditions in accordance with 5.1.1 for testing. 5.9.3 Hang 2/3 of the area of the three test rods prepared under 5.9.2 in a dryer filled with 25% sulfuric acid solution, and cover the dryer tightly. After placing it for 30d under the test conditions in accordance with 5.1.1, take out the test rods, wash them carefully with clean water, wipe them dry, and observe the coating results. At least 2 test rods that meet the requirements of the product standard are qualified. 5.10 Alkali resistance of composite coating
Prepare the paint film under the same conditions and methods as 5.9, then hang 2/3 of the area of 3 test bars in a dryer containing 40% sodium hydroxide solution, cover the dryer tightly, place under the test conditions of 5.1.1 for 20 days, take out the test bars, wash them carefully with clean water, wipe them dry and observe the coating results, and at least 2 test bars meet the requirements of the product standard. 5.11 Flash point
Perform according to the provisions of 5.2 of GB/T5208.
