3.3 Installation of dust collector
Assemble the parts, components and components and install the whole machine at the site of use. 4 Technical requirements for installation
4.1 Technical documents and drawings for installation
4.1.1 When installing the dust collector, there should be installation technical documents, installation drawings and a detailed list of the goods list of the dust collector that has been delivered. 4.1.2 Technical documents should include a list of materials, a dust collector product certificate, technical specifications for mechanical structure and electrical, instrumentation, and filter bag installation, a packing list, inspection certificates for important accessories and purchased parts, and operating instructions, etc. 4.1.3 Installation drawings should comply with the provisions of standards such as technical drawings, mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and supplementary provisions for dust collector drawings. 4.1.4 The installation unit should prepare relevant technical documents such as installation implementation details, construction technical flow charts, and construction safety technical regulations in accordance with 4.1.1, 4.1.2, and 4.1.3.
4.2 Cleaning, inspection and maintenance of dust collector before installation 4.2.1 Cleaning, inspection and maintenance of dust collector before installation should be completed by the installation unit after the installation task is issued and before installation construction. 4.2.2 Check the parts according to the delivery list and installation drawing list. The damaged parts should be handled in time and replaced. 4.2.3 All parts and components of the dust collector that need to operate and slide should be cleaned, lubricated and protected. 4.2.4 Structural parts that are deformed due to transportation and storage should be corrected and repainted with anti-rust paint. The original markings should be restored after maintenance. 4.2.5 The size and position of the equipment foundation should be checked according to Table 1. Items that do not meet the requirements should be reworked. The foundation load strength shall be in accordance with Chapter 8 of GB5020492.
4.2.6 Electrical equipment and instruments with specific requirements can be negotiated by the supply and demand parties for inspection and maintenance. 4.3 Installation and construction of dust collector
4.3.1 The installation and construction of dust collector shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 of this standard and GB50205. 4.3.2 During the installation and construction of dust collector, if necessary, self-made clamps can be used for construction with reference to Appendix E. After the construction is completed, they should be removed in time without leaving any traces.
4.3.3 Welding construction shall comply with the provisions of JB5911. 4.3.4 The limit deviation of dust collector installation is shown in Table 2, and the limit deviation of pipeline installation is shown in Table 3. 4.3.5 When weldments must be welded in pairs, the misalignment of the wall (plate) shall meet the following requirements: a) For pipes or pipe fittings, the inner walls are flush, and the allowable misalignment shall not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. The maximum misalignment is less than 1mm. b) For container parts and components, the allowable misalignment for welding is shown in Table 4. 2

4.3.6 All connecting flanges of dust collector shall be lined with sealing materials. Damaged sealing materials must be replaced. The joints shall be mitered and coated with sealant before connection and installation.
4.3.7 The center alignment deviation of the two connecting flanges of the dust collector shall not be greater than 1/6 of the bolt diameter. The screw holes of the parts and components that cannot be aligned after adjustment are allowed to use the alignment rod (joint punch) in Appendix E to force alignment and then insert the bolts for tightening. The connection with anti-loosening structure must be installed with the anti-loosening elements as specified in the drawing.
4.3.8 Where welding is used between dust collector components and bolts are pre-positioned and fastened, they should be positioned according to the method in 4.3.7 before welding according to the drawing requirements. 4.3.9 Before and after installation of pipelines, valves, and ash conveyors, internal debris and dirt should be removed. 4.3.10 The installation of steel platforms, ladders, and railings of dust collectors should comply with the provisions of GB4053. 4.3.11 The installation of pneumatic components, actuators (cylinders, pulse valves), and control valves of dust collector cleaning, differential pressure, and air source pipeline systems should comply with the provisions of the installation technical documents, and inlet and outlet inversion is not allowed. The connection of the air source pipeline should comply with the provisions of GBJ235. 4.3.12 The installed filter bag frame should comply with JB/T5917. 4.3.13 The installation of filter bags should comply with the methods specified in the installation technical documents. The bagging site, passage, and bagging short pipe must be smooth and flat. Fireworks, sitting, lying, stepping, and trampling are strictly prohibited at the bagging site. 4.3.14 When the bagging short pipe is welded on site, it shall comply with the coordinate dimensions specified in the installation drawing, and the weld shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.3 of this standard. The verticality tolerance of the bagging short pipe is 2mm.
4.3.15 Before installing the filter bag, the appearance quality must be checked one by one, and it can only be installed if it is intact. 4.3.16 Regardless of whether the filter bag has a frame or not, the bag cannot be twisted when it is installed, and there must be no wrinkles on the bag opening. Seal the bag opening tightly, tighten the surface of the filter bag, and hold the inner filter bag with a clamp ring tightly. After hoisting in place, check the verticality according to Table 5 of this standard and adjust the tension. 4.3.17 The installation of moving parts such as the cleaning mechanism, ash conveyor, reducer, and ash discharge valve shall comply with technical documents and relevant mechanical equipment construction specifications. 4.3.18 The electrical and instrument installation of the dust collector shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of this standard. The construction piping and wiring of the electrical control device shall be connected one by one in accordance with the provisions of GB6988.5. After the installation of electrical equipment and pipelines, the electrical and instrument power and signal conversion debugging shall be carried out respectively, and the installation setting parameters shall be recorded truthfully. 4.3.19 After the dust collector is installed and qualified after the initial inspection, the installation unit shall apply primer and topcoat. The color of the paint film shall comply with the provisions of the factory design, and the dry paint film thickness shall be 20~50μm per layer.
4.3.20 The center of gravity of the overall factory dust collector shall be accurate to avoid damage to the paint film and components by the hanging rope. The dust collector shall be readjusted to the factory performance state according to the relevant requirements of 4.3.1~4.3.19 of this standard. 4.4 During the entire process of installation, commissioning and acceptance of the dust collector, the installation unit shall keep close contact with the manufacturing and user units, and the technical personnel of the manufacturing unit shall provide on-site guidance when necessary.
5 Construction safety technology

5.1 Construction units must give top priority to safety education and safety management, and must formulate safety technical measures plans, which must be implemented by the leaders of the units.
5.2 Construction units must set up safety officers and full-time lifting workers to supervise safe construction. 5.3 Construction personnel should undergo safety training and only be allowed to work after passing the training. 5.4 Safety signs should be set up in the construction area in accordance with GB2894, and safety nets and safety belts should be set up in accordance with GB5725 and GB6095. 5.5 The machines, equipment, tools and ropes used in construction and installation should comply with GB7059 and GB3787 and Appendix A and Appendix C of this standard
5.6 During welding construction, welding contact electricity and arc radiation should be prevented. The welding machine wiring should have a shield, the socket should be complete, and a grounding wire must be installed, and the insulation resistance should be ≥1M2.
5.7 The power supply for construction must comply with the electrical safety technical regulations. Equipment with safety voltage requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB3805. 5.8 The minimum illumination of the installation site shall not be less than 20Ix. The site lighting is ≥95%. When the lighting device is installed at a height of ≤2.4m, the lighting voltage is ≤24V. When constructing in equipment with closed openings, a safety running light or flashlight with a voltage of <12V should be used. Open flames are prohibited. 5.9 The painting construction of the dust collector shall comply with the provisions of GB6514. 5.10 The installation construction shall formulate and implement necessary labor safety technical measures according to the climatic and environmental conditions. 5.11 After the dust collector is installed, the safety signs shall be reset in accordance with the provisions of GB2894. Electrical graphic symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB5465.2. 6 Installation acceptance specifications
6.1 Connection and safety
6.1.1 The removable connection between the various parts and components of the dust collector must be firm. There shall be no defects such as fastener slippage, ring teeth, overlong exposed heads (3 to 5 exposed heads are allowed), insufficient position and loosening.
6.1.2 The permanent welding between the various parts and components of the dust collector shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents and drawings. 6.1.3 After the dust collector is started and used, there shall be no shaking or vibration in the structure and channels. 6.1.4 Safety facilities have no hidden dangers, safety signs are clear, and safety equipment is complete. 6.2 Installation accuracy and appearance
6.2.1 The installation accuracy of the dust collector and the coordinate dimensions of the connection parts shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents and drawings. 6.2.2 The dust collector should stand straight, with clear appearance lines, straight walkways and handrails, and beautiful welds. 6.2.3 The paint color of the dust collector should be consistent, and there should be no foaming, peeling, curling, or cracks in the paint film. 6.3 Leakage prevention and sealing
6.3.1 The connection flanges and inspection doors, valves, and valve sealing packings of the dust collector should be firm and complete, and there should be no leakage. 6.3.2 The sealing and leakage prevention should meet the air leakage rate performance of the dust collector 6.3.3 The connection of the air source pipe and the pressure difference pipe with air pressure control requirements should be reliable and leak-free. 6.4 Movement mechanism
6.4.1 All valves and inspection doors must be flexible to open and close before and after assembly. 6.4.2 After the installation of the cleaning mechanism, reducer, ash conveyor and ash discharge valve, debris should be removed. Manual and power-on inching should be easy and flexible, and lubrication should be smooth. After removing the debris, carry out an 8-hour no-load test run. After operation, the temperature rise is not higher than 40°C, and the sealing is good without leakage. 6.4.3 Before the equipment is operated, it should be checked repeatedly to ensure that there are no tools, cotton debris, residual welding rods, etc. blocking the channel, and the power-on operation performance is good. 6.4.4 During the test run of the moving parts, it is strictly forbidden for non-designated personnel to tamper with switches, valves, and control buttons. 6.5 After the filter bag and filter bag are installed, the inspection should meet the requirements of Table 5. 6.6 The calculation of the tension force shall be in accordance with Appendix D.

6.6 Pressure test
Test method
Iron the seam once with an iron and then measure with a steel ruler. Observe with naked eyes
Hang the center with a plumb bob and select 14 samples from each filter bag room. Check the feel of each bag. Use a dynamometer and spring scale to select 10%6.6.1 Pressure test of dust collectors should meet the system design pressure requirements. Use the system fan simulation test. The box wall panels should not show obvious deformation and vibration.
6.6.2 The compressed air and hydraulic systems of dust collectors should be tested for compressive strength. The test pressure is 1.5 times the normal working pressure. 6.7 Electric control and instrumentation
6.7.1 The outer shell protection of electric control cabinets and electrical load equipment should comply with GB4208, and the protection level indoors should reach IP44 level, and the protection level outdoors should reach IP54 level.
6.7.2 The electric control cabinet and instrument inspection shall be debugged according to the relevant installation technical documents. After the debugging is qualified, the online continuous test operation shall be not less than 8 hours. 6.8 Painting
6.8.1 The adhesion of the paint film shall be determined by the viscosity method. The inspection time shall be within 1 month after the paint film is completely dry. The inspection can be carried out on the dust collector body. Use a sharp safety blade to draw a 60°× on the paint film, deep to the metal, as shown in Figure 1, and then stick a special tape (polyester tape) to make the tape close to the paint film, and then quickly pull up the tape. If the maximum width of the paint film stuck on both sides by the knife does not exceed 2mm, it is qualified. There shall be no less than 10~20 inspection points. For large dust collectors, one point shall be taken for every 10m2, and the inspection point shall be taken at the center of the inspection surface. Figure 1
6.8.2 Anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease shall be applied to the unpainted parts. 7 Performance test
7.1 After the bag filter is installed and operated for one month, the on-site use and performance test shall be carried out according to the second part of GB12138-89. 7.2 The performance test value of the bag filter shall not be lower than the provisions of the product standard or national standard on the emission value of atmospheric dust and toxic substances. 6
