The resolution of any field of view and any area shall not be lower than the resolution pattern's low-dimensional number Table 2 Resolution Army Flat film width mn :27×102 :65x120 :78×127 216x16s 254×2G3 305×254 3.5 Stray light The stray light coefficient shall not be greater than 4% Stray light coefficient G Freedom index "Stray light intensity on the image surface, Total exposure on the image surface Central field of view Amount of square bar mm Outside the center The standard value and deviation of the color density index shall comply with the requirements of the color index in JB/T8251. 3.7 Operational performance The optical adjustment ring should rotate smoothly and there should be no jamming or unevenness. 3.8 Appearance The optical components should be kept clean and there should be no mold spots. In addition to the uniform surface, the outer surface should be free of obvious stains and other defects. The keys should be firm and not easy to slow down or fall off. There should be no mistakes in the scales, symbols and text. The position should be accurate. The engraving or printing must be clear and distinct without slipping. 3.8.3 The optical structure should be regular , no dark image is visible during the test. 4 Test method Follow the provisions of J8/T8243.5. Follow the method specified in JB/T8248.2. 4.3 Gradient coefficient Follow the provisions of JB/T8248.3. 4.4 Resolution 4.4.1 Test volume 4.4.1,1 Resolution test chart 4.4.1.1.1 The unit of the national pattern is the cumulative white line, the line length is 5 baskets of its interval, and the line pattern width and each spacing are equal: 4.4.1.12 From the pattern, use three-line training benzene pattern, see Figure 1 layout The difference between the bottom and top line density in the pattern is 1.4: The units are arranged in geometric progression with a common ratio of 0 (=1.122), from 1 line/mm to 36 lines/mm, with a total of 21 groups. 4.4.1.1.3 The resolution and line size of each group shall be as specified in Table 3. 4.4.1.1.4 The absolute value of the difference between the actual size and the nominal size of the line shall not exceed 5% of the nominal size. For the resolution test, the resolution test board is 4, 4.1.2 Grouping rate test board Figure 1 Resolution test board Table 9 Resolution and line size JA/T 1007D—2002 OLSTHO 4.4.1.2.1 The resolution standard consists of a base plate and a resolution test chart. The size should meet the test requirements of the lens under test: the chart is arranged in a cross shape. When the diagonal length is 2D, the field of view outside the center refers to: 0.5D, 0.7D, 0.85D from the intersection of the diagonals. 4.4.1.2.2 A radial pattern with an outer diameter of 3mm and an inner diameter of 2mm is pasted in the center of the resolution target plate for focusing. 4.4.12.3 The bottom plate surface should be smooth, without obvious convexity, concavity or warping, black in color, with a reflectivity of less than 10%, or a reflectivity of more than 10%. 4.4.1.3 Viewing frosted glass sheet One side of the frosted glass sheet should be polished and 305 diamond fine grained. 4.4.2 Test procedure The lens to be tested should be mounted on a special test device for the base station. When the optical support and F are set, use 8x or 10x magnification to view the resolution image on the frosted film at the film side position, find out the resolution limits of the radial resolution and radial resolution lines in each direction, and then read the radial resolution and radial resolution. During the test, the distance between the resolution test standard and the cavity plane must meet the image-object ratio of 104.4.3 Resolution required calculation period record 4.4.3.1 After the resolution values of the same field of view are arithmetic averaged, the integers are rounded to the first decimal point. 4.4.3.2 The reading value and calculated value of the lens resolution are recorded with reference to the example in Table 4.
