3 Product classification
3.1 Account book opening type, according to the standard base paper size of 787mm×1092mm, the product size is specified in accordance with the enterprise standard. 3.2 Account book products are divided into two categories according to the binding form: bound account book and loose-leaf account book. 4 Requirements

5.1 Product specifications, line overprint, line breakage, printing dirt, groove and book back parallel deviation are measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 1mm.
5.2 Inner core base paper quantity
Measured according to the provisions of GB/T451.2--2002. 5.3 Whiteness
Measure the whiteness value with a whiteness meter.
5.4 Moisture content
Pre-place for 24 hours under constant temperature and humidity conditions of (23±1)℃ and relative humidity of 60% to 65%, and measure with a CSH-Ⅲ hygrometer (or instrument with the same accuracy).
5.5 Gluing degree
Measure according to the provisions of GB/T460-2002. 5.6 Mildew, page numbers, handwriting lines, matching of the back of the book with the inner core, and cover under natural light, visual inspection.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 This inspection adopts the piece-rate method, and the sample unit is: book. 6.4 Factory inspection
6.4.1 Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T2828.12003, adopt the normal inspection one-time sampling plan, and the inspection level is S-4. See Table 2 for the classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, and qualified quality limit AQL.6.4.2
6.5 Type inspection
6.5.1 It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T28292002, and a single sampling plan of discrimination level-Ⅱ shall be adopted. 6.5.2
Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the batches that have passed the factory inspection. Type inspection shall be carried out every six months. Type inspection shall also be carried out in the following circumstances. 6.5.3
When the design, structure, key process and main raw materials are changed; when production is resumed after a three-month suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. The items, requirements, test methods and RQL of type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 6.5.4

The product should have the product name, manufacturer name, trademark, address, specification, page number, adopted standard number and other markings. 7.1.2 Packaging marking
The marking on the outer packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB/T191-2000. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The small package of the product shall be wrapped with paper, and a product certificate shall be placed inside. 7.2.2 The outer packaging box shall indicate the article number, weight, quantity, factory name, date of manufacture, etc. 7.2.3 The outer packaging of the product shall be made of corrugated paper boxes, and the packaging shall be firm. When there are special needs, the supply and demand parties shall agree in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T6543-1986.
7.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product shall be kept clean and dry, and loaded and unloaded with care. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun and rain. 7.4 The storage warehouse of the purchased
