From the date of implementation, this standard replaces the light industry standard QB/T14391992 "Account Book" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry. 1 Scope QB/T1439-2005 This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of account books. This standard applies to account books of various specifications. Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For all dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revised versions are not applicable to this standard. See Table 2 for the classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, and qualified quality limit AQL.6.4.2 6.5 Type inspection 6.5.1 It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T28292002, and a single sampling plan of discrimination level-Ⅱ shall be adopted. 6.5.2 Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the batches that have passed the factory inspection. Type inspection shall be carried out every six months. Type inspection shall also be carried out in the following circumstances. 6.5.3 When the design, structure, key process and main raw materials are changed; when production is resumed after a three-month suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. When there are special needs, the supply and demand parties shall agree in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T6543-1986. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, the product shall be kept clean and dry, and loaded and unloaded with care.
