3.1 Spring tooth arm

The part of the spring tooth that contacts the grass during operation is called the spring tooth arm, 3.2 Broken teeth

4.1 The spring tooth type is shown in the figure below.

5 Technical requirements

Tine should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. In addition to meeting the requirements of this standard, spring teeth should also comply with the relevant provisions of GB1239.3. 5.2
The mechanical properties of the materials used to make the spring teeth shall comply with the provisions of Class B in GB4360. The materials used to make the spring teeth must have qualified certification documents and can only be used after being re-tested by the user unit. The surface of the spring teeth should be smooth. No cracks, dents or other defects are allowed at the bends. The basic parameters and tolerances of the spring teeth shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The symmetry of the spring tooth arm to the center line of the mounting hole shall comply with the provisions of the figure. The limit deviation of the spring characteristic shall comply with the 3rd level specified in Article 4.3.2 of GB1239.3. The gap between the spring tooth rings shall be within 0.2mm. The surface of the spring teeth shall be rust-proofed.
After the picker is operated for 160h, the broken tooth rate of the spring teeth shall be within 5%. Test method
The inspection of the surface quality of the spring teeth shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.7 of GB1239.3. The spring characteristic test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.1 of GB1239.3. The inspection of the spring outer diameter, free angle and spring tooth length shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5 of GB1239.3 respectively. The spring tooth arm spacing, spring wire diameter, mounting hole diameter and symmetry of the spring tooth arm to the center line of the mounting hole. Use general or special measuring tools to measure the gap between spring teeth. 6.4
The gap between spring teeth is measured by a 0.2mm feeler gauge. 6.6 The surface anti-rust treatment and the minimum number of effective figures on one side are inspected by visual inspection. 6.7 The determination of the broken tooth rate is carried out simultaneously with the production test of the machine. Calculated from the start of the machine, when the operating time reaches 160h, the number of broken teeth of the picker is counted, and the broken tooth rate is calculated by the following formula: ×100

7.1 The spring teeth must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory, and a product certificate must be attached. 7.2 The sampling plan for batch inspection shall comply with the provisions of GB2828. A normal inspection one-time sampling plan is adopted. 7.3 The classification and judgment rules for unqualified factory inspection shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 7.4 The determination of the broken tooth rate is carried out in conjunction with the type inspection of the machine (valid for three years). 3
