Explanation of clauses
1 General
1.0.1 In order to make the masonry construction of sulfuric acid fluidized bed furnaces more regular and thus ensure the masonry quality of sulfuric acid fluidized bed furnaces, this technical condition is specially formulated. 1.0.2 This technical condition is applicable to the masonry construction and acceptance of sulfuric acid fluidized bed furnaces (hereinafter referred to as "fluidized bed furnaces") for roasting pyrite to produce SO2 raw gas. It can also be used as a reference for the masonry construction of sulfur incinerators using sulfur as raw material. 1.0.3 The shell of the fluidized bed furnace directly affects the masonry of the furnace lining. This technical condition puts forward certain requirements for the production of the shell.
1.0.4 The masonry of the furnace lining shall be carried out after the installation of the furnace shell steel structure is completed and the inspection is qualified.
1.0.5 The masonry and acceptance of the boiling furnace shall not only comply with this technical condition, but also comply with the relevant mandatory standards currently in force in the country, including the "Industrial Furnace Masonry Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code" (GBI211), "Industrial Furnace Masonry Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard" (GB50309) and "Chemical Industrial Furnace Masonry Technical Conditions" (HG20543). 1.0.6Relevant standards

2 furnace shell
2.0.1 furnace shell The manufacturing and installation must comply with the requirements of the design drawings. 2.0.2 The welded furnace shell should ensure good welding quality, the weld surface should be smooth and round, and there should be no defects such as cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. .3 When welding the furnace shell, the allowable misalignment of the longitudinal joints and circumferential joints should be selected according to the provisions of Table 2.0.3.
Table 2.0.3 Permissible misalignment of welded joints of furnace shell Nominal thickness at joints
20<8≤40
Misalignment of longitudinal joints
Transverse joints Misalignment
During assembly welding, the outer arc length between the center lines of the longitudinal joint welds of adjacent cylinder sections should be greater than 100mm.
The furnace shell is welded After processing, it should be ensured to have a good appearance. The difference between the maximum inner diameter and the minimum inner diameter on the same two sections of the furnace shell 2.0.52
: When the inner diameter of the furnace shell is not more than 4m, it should not be greater than the inner diameter of the section. 3/1000: When the inner diameter of the furnace shell is greater than 4m, it should not be greater than 2.5/1000 of the inner diameter of the section, and should not be greater than 30mm. 2.0.6 The verticality tolerance of the center line of the furnace shell should not exceed 1/ 1000 total height.
2.0.7 The remaining technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" (JB/T4735).
