This standard is published for the first time. 1 Scope Standards of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Ordinary Abrasives Worm Grinding Wheel JB/T8373—1996 This standard specifies the shape and basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of worm grinding wheels (hereinafter referred to as grinding wheels). This standard applies to ceramic bond grinding wheels specially used for worm grinding wheels and gear grinders. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. At the time of publication of this standard, the versions shown are valid. The maximum working speed of the grinding wheel is 35m/s and 45m/s. 4.6 Defect on the edge of the inner hole Along the thickness Along the circumference 4.7 The hardness value of each measuring point of the grinding wheel shall comply with the allowable range specified in GB2490, and the hardness uniformity shall not exceed the grade difference value of the marked hardness grade. 5 Test methods The test methods for appearance defects, cracks, black core, muteness and edge defects of grinding wheels shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 9202. The test methods for limit deviations and geometric tolerances of basic dimensions shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9202. 5.2 The static balance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2492. 5.3 The grinding wheel rotation test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2493. 5.4 The hardness test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2490. 5.6 For the inspection of grinding wheel tooth profile, see Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 499 6 Inspection rules JB/T 8373-1996 6.1 Products shall be shipped only after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by a qualified mark. 6.2 Table 4 gives the full inspection and random inspection items, defect classification of random inspection, defect items, inspection level and AQL value. The inspection items listed in Table 4 shall be inspected using the "one normal inspection sampling plan" listed in Table 3 of GB2828.\ Class B defects are counted by piece, and Class C defects are counted by defect item.
