With the acceleration of the process of urban and rural industrialization in my country, the pollution of the agricultural environment and agricultural products by industrial "three wastes", urban domestic wastes and agricultural chemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers has become increasingly prominent. In addition, water pollution, soil acidification, atmospheric pollution, and the extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides have affected the quality of the fruits grown, and the situation of excessive pesticide residues in fruits is relatively common. In order to improve the edible safety of fruits, ensure the quality of products, protect human health, develop pollution-free fruits, and promote the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy, this part of GB/T18407 is specially formulated.
GB/T18407--2001 "Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products" is divided into the following four parts: GB/T18407.1-2001 Environmental requirements for the production areas of pollution-free vegetables for safety and quality of agricultural products; GB/T18407.2-2001 Environmental requirements for the production areas of pollution-free fruits for safety and quality of agricultural products; GB/T18407.3--2001 Environmental requirements for the production areas of pollution-free livestock and poultry meat for safety and quality of agricultural products; GB/T18407.4-2001 Environmental requirements for the production areas of pollution-free aquatic products for safety and quality of agricultural products. This part is proposed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. This part was drafted by: Guangdong Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Hebei Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Beijing Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.

4 Detection methods
4.1 Irrigation water quality monitoring
4.1.1 The irrigation water quality shall be regularly monitored and evaluated by the testing agency. GB/T 18407.2—-2001
4.1.2 In order to ensure the safety of water use, the sampling point should be selected at the irrigation water outlet during the irrigation period. The standard value of cyanide is the highest value of a single measurement, and the standard values of other items refer to the average value of multiple measurements during the irrigation period. 4.2 Irrigation water quality index detection
4.2.1 The determination of chloride shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T11896. 4.2.2 The determination of cyanide shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7486. 4.2.3 The determination of fluoride shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7482. 4.2.4 The determination of total mercury shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7468. 4.2.5
The determination of total arsenic shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7485. The determination of total lead shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7475. The determination of total cadmium shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T.7475. 4.2.8 The determination of hexavalent chromium shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7467. 4.2.9 The determination of petroleum shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T16488. 4.2.10 The determination of pH shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6920.3 Soil quality monitoring
Determine the number of sampling points according to the production conditions and production area. It is recommended that 1hm2~2hm2 is a sampling unit, the sampling depth is 0~60cm, and multiple points (5 points) are mixed as a soil sample. When the sample volume is large, the excess soil is discarded by the quartering method, leaving about 1kg for analysis and testing.
