Approved by the Beijing Machinery Industry Bureau on August 6, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 4 Test method 4.! Test conditions and requirements JB/T9827—1999 4.1.1 The test sample must be a product that has passed the inspection. 4.1.2 The brand and commercial grade of the lubricating oil used in the transmission box shall comply with the requirements of the instruction manual. 4.1.3 Before the test, the reverse running-in shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 3871. 4.1.4 When there is a reduction device between the transmission box input and the engine, the transmission ratio, rotation direction and transmission efficiency shall be considered. 4..5 The recording and processing of the test data shall be accurate and reliable. 4.1. 6 Before the test, a test outline should be prepared. After the test, a test report should be written. 4.2 Oil temperature test 4. 2. 1 Test conditions 8) The test equipment shall be an open or closed test bench: 6) The temperature of the measuring device shall be measured with an accuracy of not less than 2.0%: c) The indoor air temperature of the test room shall not exceed 35, and no additional oil temperature regulating device shall be added 4.2.2 The input shaft input speed shall match the calibrated speed of the tractor engine. 4.2.3 The input shaft input torque shall match the calibrated torque of the tractor engine. 4.2.4 Transmission box position selection a) For wheeled machines, the speedometer shall be close to 7km/h; b) For belt tractors, the speedometer shall be close to 5km/h; c) For tractors, the speedometer shall be close to 4km/h. 4.2.5 The temperature shall not be less than 2h during continuous operation (based on the temperature holding time) 4.2.6 The measuring plate shall be located on the inner side of the transmission box wall, and the thermometer probe shall be immersed in the lubricating medium 4.3 Original sound test 4.3. 1 Test system 4.3.1.1 The measuring site shall not allow any objects to be placed within 2m around the transmission box to be tested: if the surrounding area is outside 2m, such as noise, sound-receiving materials shall be placed to improve the measurement environment. 4.3.1.2 The transmission box shall be ensured to have sufficient installation rigidity. 4.3.1.3 The sound level meter shall be a municipal meter with an accuracy of 1 or above GBT3?85. 4.3.1.4 The accuracy of the speed measurement shall not be less than 1.0%. 4.3.2 The input shaft speed is the calibrated speed of the original tractor engine. 4.3.3 The test is carried out at no load and the calibrated torque of the engine. 4.3.4 During the measurement, the height of the microphone, the distance from the transmission case housing, and the measurement point layout are shown in Figure 1: In the figure, A, A, and A are the four measurement points of the microphone respectively. H is the height of the center line of the shaft from the ground, and the number is not less than 0.4m: A, A, and A are the measurement points on the same plane of the height H. A, and the measurement point is above the transmission case. 1 is half of the total length. The average distance between each measurement point and the transmission case housing is 4.3.5 This standard uses A-weighted network readings. The microphone is used at each measurement point to measure the transmission case. The reading of the sound level meter is taken as the average value of the needle movement within the period. The difference between the sound level measured during the transmission box test and the required sound pressure level of the outer bottom should be at least 6dBA, otherwise measures should be taken to meet this requirement. When the difference between the sound level measured during the transmission box test and the background noise sound pressure level is +10BA, the correction should be made according to Table 1. Table 1 The difference between the sound level measured during the test and the background noise pressure level is 6 4.4 Test results 4.4.1 Record the noise output value of each measuring point in each gear, the background sound peak value is invalid 1.4.2 Compare the noise values recorded at each measuring point, and take the maximum value as the noise evaluation value of the transmission box. 4.5 Transmission efficiency test Perform according to JB/T8299, 4.6 Rapid endurance test Perform according to JB/T8299. 5 Inspection specifications 5.1 Each product must pass the factory quality inspection before it can be shipped!
