GB/T 3098.12---1996 This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO10485:1991 "Conical load test for nuts". The general title of GB/T3098 is "Mechanical properties of fasteners", which includes the following parts: GB 3098.1-82 -GB 3098.2-82 GB 3098.3-82 GB 3098.4-86 GB 3098.5- GB 3098.6-86 GB 3098. 7-86 Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Mechanical properties of fasteners Bolts, screws and studsbZxz.net Set screws Fine pitch nuts Self-tapping screws Stainless steel bolts, screws, studs and nutsSelf-tapping locking screwsCoarse pitch ordinary thread -GB/T 3098.8—92 Mechanical properties of fasteners Heat-resistant threaded connection pairs Effective torque steel hexagonal locking nutsMechanical and working properties GB/T3098.9--93 Mechanical properties of fastenersBolts, screws, studs and nuts made of non-ferrous metalsGB/T 3098. 10---93 -GB/T3098.11—1995 GB/T 3098.12—1996 GB/T3098.13—1996 Mechanical properties of fasteners Self-drilling and self-tapping screws Mechanical properties of fasteners Nut cone guaranteed load test Mechanical properties of fasteners Torque test and breaking torque of bolts and screws Nominal diameter 1~10 mm From the date of implementation, this standard replaces Article 4.1 of GB5779.2--86 "General requirements for nuts with surface defects of fasteners". This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Fasteners. This standard is drafted by the Mechanical Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. 170 GB/T3098.12 ISOForeword ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies (ISO member bodies). The formulation of international standards is carried out through ISO's various technical committees. Each member body can also participate in the committee if it is interested in the project carried out by a technical committee. Governmental and non-governmental international organizations related to ISO can also participate in this work. ISO has close ties with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in electrical standardization. The draft international standards adopted by the technical committee are distributed to all member bodies for voting. The formal publication of international standards requires at least 75% of the member bodies to vote in favor. International standard ISO10485 was formulated by ISO/TC2 Fastener Technical Committee, SC1 Fastener Mechanical Properties Subcommittee. .71 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Mechanical properties of fasteners-Cone proof load test on nuts Mechanical properties of fasteners-Cone proof load test on nuts This standard specifies the properties of nuts under cone proof load test conditions. GB/T 3098.12---1996 idt Iso 10485: 1991 This standard applies to nuts with thread diameters of 5~39mm, product grades A and B and property grades 8~12, and requires cone proof load test. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. At the time of publication of this standard, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB3098.2--82 Mechanical properties of fasteners Nuts GB3098.4-86 Mechanical properties of fasteners Fine pitch nuts 3 Principle In order to detect harmful cracks or cracks, a conical washer is used to make the expansion and pull-off of the nut hole act on the nut at the same time, exaggerating the impact of these defects on its bearing capacity. 4 Device 4.1 Conical washer The conical washer (see Figure 1) should be hardened with a minimum hardness of 57HRC; the contact part at the top of the cone end should be a plane: when the thread diameter d≤12mm, its width is 0.13mm±0.03mm, and when the thread diameter d>12mm, its width is 0.38mm±0.03mm. 4.2 Mandrel The mandrel should be hardened with a minimum hardness of 45HRC. Its thread is 6g, but the major diameter should be controlled within the range of one-fourth of the 6g tolerance band close to the lower limit. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 18, 1996172 Implemented on July 1, 1997 5Procedure Contact part GB/T3098.12 2-1996 Conical washer diagram Install the nut and conical washer on the mandrel as shown in Figure 2. The conical washer should support the bearing surface of the nut and be perpendicular to the axis of the nut. Apply the specified proof load to the nut (see Chapter 6). The test speed should not exceed 3mm/min. The conical proof load should be maintained for 10s. Nut Figure 2 Specimen installation diagram 6Judgment The nut specimen should be able to withstand the proof load specified in GB3098.2 or GB3098.4 without being disengaged or broken. 173 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
