Standard sharing station anystandards.com GB/T21585—2008 5Test procedure 5.1Test method According to GB19434.6, GB19434.8 and GB19434.5, determine which type of composite, rigid plastic and metal hazardous intermediate bulk containers need to be tested for leakproofness. 5.2Number of samples 3 samples. 5.3Preparation of samples Close the vent of the intermediate bulk container, or replace it with a non-vent device, or block the vent. 5.4 Test steps Use an air compressor to pressurize the test sample. When the gauge pressure of the test sample is not less than 20kPa, start timing for at least 10 minutes. Use appropriate methods to determine the airtightness of the tested intermediate bulk container. For example, apply soapy water to the welds and joints of the metal intermediate bulk container, or use the air pressure differential test method, or place the intermediate bulk container in water. If the latter method is used, a correction factor should be applied to the hydrostatic pressure. Other methods with equal effectiveness may also be used. 6 Test report Name, quantity, size, and specifications of the test sample:-Name of the manufacturer; -Test equipment! Test pressure!
