Acceptance technical requirements
5.3, 1 The product has been inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can be shipped to the factory. 5.3.2 Inspection items, technical requirements, test methods, check 1. 5.4 Batch and sample
5.4.1 Batch rules
Before leaving the factory, the same batch of materials, the same structure and the same production process of the anti-stab dirt are selected as the inspection batch. 5.4.2 Sampling rulesWww.bzxZ.net
Type inspection samples shall not be less than pieces (high-pressure, low-temperature, and normal-strictness). GA 68—2003
Type control inspection
b) During the inspection, the product's protective surface should be fully inspected, and the puncture-proof layer materials of the same batch must be inspected against the temperature. When the batch is not up to 100 pieces, the number of random inspections is 100 pieces:
When the batch is 13 pieces~999 pieces, the number of random inspections is 2 pieces; when the batch is greater than 2000 pieces, the number of random inspections is 3 pieces. 5.5 Judgment rules
) If all items of all samples are qualified, the batch of products is judged to be qualified! b) The stab performance is unqualified, the batch of products is judged as unqualified; if other single performance indicators are qualified, the batch of products will be judged as qualified by sampling re-inspection. If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products will be judged as qualified: otherwise it will be rejected.
6 Labeling. Package, transportation and storage

GA68—2003
a) The surface of the backing material shall be repaired into a smooth plane with the same height as the side bottle. The depth of the mark shall be accurately measured by the heavy ball falling method.3.
h) The back-through material calibration is performed with a steel ball of diameter (7.:m and mass of 1000g, falling vertically from a height of 2000mm±10mm, at least 3 balls are struck in each test, the indentation depth of each ball is 20mm=3m, the lowest distance between the falling points is more than 200mm and more than 75mm from the edge, see Figure A4, the depth measurement datum is the cut plane of the cement, and the equipment uses a variable 1mm section depth reflection center) The back-through material calibration should be performed before each test: 4.2.1.4 Place the anti-puncture test piece flat on the back-through material and , Use a 50mm wide loose-leaf tape with nylon slings at both ends to fix it on the backing material. The fixing tape must not have any puncture points. A.2, 4.2.1.5 Mark the surface of the test piece. Each test piece has five points. The distance between each point and the distance between each point and the outside (including the edge of the backing material) shall not be less than 50mm. 4.2.2 Anti-puncture performance test 1.2.2.1 Puncture five points according to the mark of test 1. Among them, the puncture angle of 3 points is 0°, and the puncture angle of 2 points is 45°. For the puncture points of overlapped, glued, and jointed, the puncture points at 45° must be punctured at the joint. The result should meet the requirements of 3.5. A.2.2.2 Gently remove the test piece that has been tested. Check whether there are any knife-like puncture marks on the backing adhesive. If there are no sharp marks, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
People.2.2.3 If the distance between the two judgment points or between the point and the original point is less than 30mm and meets the requirement of 3.5, it is considered qualified. If it does not meet the requirement of 3.5, it is considered invalid. Select an appropriate position for re-puncture. If it meets the requirement of 3, it is considered qualified. Otherwise, it is considered unqualified.
