Rotary pressure JB/T8725-1998 This standard specifies the type, structure, identification mark, technical requirements, test and technical requirements of the mechanical seal structure of the flow joint (hereinafter referred to as the condensation joint), which is applicable to the one-way or two-way joint and its similar sealing seal, and is used for the equipment and joints of the machine for continuous non-leakage (or within the prescribed leakage range) to deliver the fluid. 5.2 Standard example

6.1 Material requirements

6.2 Requirements for key components

Room; d) When the sealing surface of the floating space is a coal surface, the surface roughness shall be R08um6.22 The sealing rings filled with polyethylene rings and paper-wrapped sealing rings shall be subjected to water pressure test. The acid pressure test shall be 3.25 times of the design pressure, and there shall be no static pressure for 1min.
6.23 The inner hole tolerance of the transmission seat is F9. The surface roughness is 3.2um1. ≤.2.4 The parts should not have any defects.
2.5 The angle should meet the requirements of GB3. 2.6 The shape and position tolerance of the parts should meet the requirements of GB/T111-199G Class C. 2.7 Before assembly, the surface of the parts should be cleaned of impurities such as sludge and debris. The radiated parts should be especially cleaned. It is strictly forbidden to enter the seal.
6.2.8 The appearance of the product should be smooth and flat, without concave and convex defects. The oil should be evenly and firmly applied. The surface should be treated with sludge. 6.3 Performance requirements
a) Static pressure test: The leakage should not exceed 1L/h; b) Operation test: The leakage should not exceed n./h. The special conditions of use in Chapter 1 are not subject to this restriction. 63.2 Wear, running 100h, the seal damage is not more than 0.02mm, 3.3 Life: The service life of the adapter is not less than 5 million, but the rotary joint must be reasonably selected and installed correctly. For special conditions beyond the scope of Chapter 1, this restriction is not included. 7 Test and inspection methods
[Test method
1, 1. 1 Pressure test
Use a pressure gauge to measure the pressure. The test pressure is 1.25 times of the highest working pressure and is maintained for 10 minutes. The test medium is water or rust-proof water. The test result shall comply with the provisions of 6.3.1.
T.1.2 Operation test
The test medium is demand or protection water. The test pressure is the design minimum speed and the speed is the design special speed. The operation test result shall comply with the requirements of 5.3. Operation time: type test 100h: conversion test run 5b.7.1.3 Use fixed value and variable value display to measure and check the workmanship and assembly quality by hand.
