Powered paraglider site hntorpara-gliderplice A place where people can carry out powered paragliding training, competition, fitness and leisure activities. 3.2

Refers to an ultra-light soft-body aircraft. 3.3
Powered paraglider notor Para-gliding
refers to an ultra-light soft-body aircraft that is a combination of a paraglider and a small power propeller. It includes back-mounted powered paragliders and wheeled powered paragliders.

Powered paragliding technical instructors and others should hold relevant national professional qualification certificates before they can take up their posts. 5 Site, facilities and equipment conditions
5.1 Site
5.1.1 The take-off site is flat and open, with no obstacles above. The length of the wheeled powered paraglider site is not less than 150 square meters and the width is not less than 100 meters: the length of the back powered paraglider site is not less than 50 meters and the width is not less than 50 meters. 5.1.2 The landing site should be flat and open, with no obstacles above. The landing site for wheeled powered paragliders should be no less than 801m long and no less than 801m wide. The landing site for backpack powered paragliders should be no less than 50m long and no less than 50m wide. 5.1.3 There should be a site use certificate.

5.2.1 Powered paragliders and backup paragliders should obtain a product inspection certificate for mountain equipment issued by a professional technical organization that meets the statutory conditions. 5.2.2 Radio two-way communication equipment, a stopwatch and an altimeter should be equipped during flight, and a helmet and special flight shoes should be worn. 5.2.3 Back-mounted paragliders should be equipped with a helmet and special flight shoes. Powered paragliders should be equipped with a backup parachute when flying. 5.3 Other facilities

6.1 There are "Instructions for Operators" and safety warnings in conspicuous locations. 6.2 Powered paraglider operators should obtain the "Powered Paragliding Sports Certificate" issued by the China Aviation Sports Association. 6.3 When flying a powered paraglider, the distance between it and any space obstacles should not be less than 50 meters. 6.4 There are rescue vehicles equipped with oxygen, life-saving beds, emergency medicines and equipment. 6.5 Provide a weather report for the day.
6.6 There are public security precautions and emergency plans for incidents. 6.7 Various types of personnel are clearly marked when they are on duty.
6.8 The storage and management of dangerous goods shall comply with the relevant national or local safety regulations (requirements). 6.9 There shall be a sound system of public security, safety rescue, equipment maintenance and personnel service post responsibility system.
