This standard is a revision of JB/T7890--95 "Fan Coal Mill". Compared with JB/T7890-95, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the product model is standardized according to the relevant provisions of JB/T1604-1998 "Method for Compiling Models of Mining Machinery Products"; the requirements for safety and environmental protection have been added.
This standard replaces JB/T7890-95 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The drafting unit of this standard is Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Ma Yu and Guo Ming. This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fan coal mills.
This standard applies to fan coal mills (hereinafter referred to as fan mills), which are used to dry and grind bituminous coal and coal, and can also be used to grind fragile materials such as low-hardness limestone and gypsum. 2 Reference Standards

3.1 Fan mills are divided into two types according to the quality of the coal being ground: bituminous coal type (MF type) and coal-mining type (MFH type), as shown in Figures 1 and 2 (the figure does not determine the specific structure of the fan mill)

4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Fan mills shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Forgings shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T4385.1. 4.1.3 Cast iron parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T9439. 4.1.4 Plates and profiles used in steel structures shall comply with the provisions of GB/T700. 4.1.5 Shape and position tolerances shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1184. 4.1.6 Unnoted tolerances of linear dimensions on the drawing shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1804. 4.1.7 Tolerances of holes and shafts on the drawing shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1801 or GB/T1802. 4.1.8 High manganese steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5680. 4.1.9 Carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11352. 4.2 Machine performance requirements
4.2.1 Fan mills shall be able to adapt to the requirements of furnace smoke drying or hot air drying. 4.2.2 Fan mills shall ensure long-term normal operation within the range of -20~+45℃. 4.2.3 Impact wheels and wearing parts of fan mills of the same model and specification shall be interchangeable. 4.2.4 The adjustment of the separator baffle should be flexible and reliable. 4
4.2.5 The opening and closing of the coal mill door should be flexible and reliable. 4.2.6 The lifting and lowering of the telescopic joint should be flexible and reliable. JB/T 7890—1999
4.2.7 The joints of the fan mill should be tightly sealed and no powder should leak. 4.2.8 Dust should not enter the bearing, and oil leakage of the bearing box is not allowed. The hydraulic lubrication system of the bearing box should comply with the provisions of GB/T3766. 4.2.91

c) The service life of the impact plate should not be less than 1,000 hours. 4.2.12 The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35℃. 4.3 Requirements for main components
4.3.1 The front and rear discs and connecting beams of the fan mill impact wheel shall be inspected by flaw detection and meet the requirements of Grade 1 in GB/T7233. 4.3.2 The striking plate of the impact wheel shall be made of austenitic high manganese steel ZGMn13-1 with performance not lower than that in GB/T5680: 4.3.3 The heat treatment hardness of the fan mill spindle shall reach 228-269HB, and the material mechanical property test shall be required, which shall meet the requirements of Table 3 Table 3 Mechanical properties of spindle materials

4.3.4 The wall thickness of the connecting beam shall be checked, and its allowable deviation shall meet the requirements in the design technical documents. Impact value
4.3.5 The impact wheel shall be subjected to static balance test before and after the impact plate is assembled, and its static balance quality shall meet the requirements of G6.3 in GB/T9239.
4.3.6 The taper tolerance of the impact wheel's bore and the spindle taper section shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11334, and the fit tolerance shall be in accordance with GB/T12360. The contact rate between the impact wheel's taper hole and the spindle taper section shall not be less than 80%. 4.3.7 The clearance between the impact wheel and the housing shall meet the requirements of the technical documents. 4.3.8 The double-row bearing in the bearing box shall meet the requirements of the technical documents. The operating temperature of the double-row bearing shall not exceed 70℃. 4.3.9 The bearing seat shall be ultrasonically inspected in accordance with GB/T7233 and meet the requirements of level 2. 4.3.10 The joint seam of the impact wheel front disc and the hub guard ring shall be ultrasonically inspected and meet the requirements of level Ⅱ·B in GB/T11345. 4.4 Safety requirements
4.4.1 The noise value of the fan when running with no load should not exceed 85dB(A). 4.4.2 When the fan is running with no load, the vertical and horizontal amplitudes measured on the bearing seat shall not be greater than 0.050mm (single bee value). 5 Test methods
5.1 Each product shall be tested for complete machine assembly and no load test at the manufacturer before leaving the factory. 5.2 In the T-turn test, each rotating part shall rotate flexibly and reliably without jamming. JB/T7890—1999
5.3 The main parts of each product shall be inspected with universal measuring tools, and the taper measurement shall be inspected with a special taper measuring instrument. 5.4 The noise shall be measured at 1.5m outside the machine according to the provisions of GB/T3768. 5.5 The horizontal and vertical amplitudes shall be measured on the bearing seat with a vibration meter, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.2. 5.6 Each fan mill shall be tested at rated speed with no-load for 6 to 8 hours and in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.12. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Sampling method
6.1.1 The sample for finished product inspection shall be taken from the qualified products in storage. 6.1.2 Samples in the production process shall be taken from the qualified parts in the storage or disassembled for inspection by the whole machine (the parts of large products can be based on the inspection record of the process of the product).
6.2 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.2.1 Factory inspection
Each product must be inspected at the factory, and its content and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3-4.2.9, 4.4.1 and 4.4.2. At the same time, the following inspections should also be carried out:
a) In the manufacturer, the fan mill is inspected for appearance quality, relevant dimensions and no-load test run: b) The no-load test run is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the design technical documents, and the coal mill is continuously operated for 6~8h, but it is allowed to end when the bearing temperature remains constant in the last 2h.
6.2.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) New products under development or trial production and identification during factory transfer; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in the structure, design, process or materials of the product; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. The content of type inspection should include all the requirements of this standard. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Products should be marked with product labels in obvious locations. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and shall indicate the following: a) Product name and model
b) Main technical parameters;
c) Factory number;
d) Manufacturing date;
e) Manufacturer name.
7.2 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, and the packaging storage and transportation graphic signs shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.3 Products shall be packaged according to the packing list and shall meet the requirements of water and land transportation. 7.4 Products shall be stored in a well-ventilated room or under a shed during the storage period, and electrical equipment shall be protected from moisture. Regular maintenance shall be carried out during storage to prevent parts from rusting and damage.3 The heat treatment hardness of the fan grinding spindle should reach 228-269HB, and the material mechanical properties test is required to meet the requirements of Table 3 Table 3 Mechanical properties of spindle materials
