3 Terminology
3. 1 Village board inserted plate
Wooden board that is tied under the steel strapping belt to prevent the bundled boards from deforming. 3.2 dunnage
Wooden square with grooves on the bottom that is laid to facilitate handling and prevent the bundled boards from deforming. 4 Technical requirements for bundling
4.1 Bundling dimensions
4.1.1 Overall dimensions L×6×, mmL×800×750. L is in accordance with the length specified in GB153.1, GB4817.1. GB4818, GB4819. The allowable deviation of width and height: the width is not more than 20mm, and the height is not more than 30mm. GB/T14309-93
Under the condition of no loading and unloading lifting equipment, the small size of the plug can be determined according to the physical handling weight specified in G312330 for bundling. 4.1.2 Customized sawn timber can be bundled according to the size required by the user. 4.2 Bundling Requirements
4.2.1 After the boards have passed the inspection according to GB153.1. GB153.2, G4817.1. GB4817.2. GB4818, GB4819, they shall be bundled according to tree species, specifications and grades.
4.2.2 Boards of different lengths in B153.1. GB4817.1 may be bundled together. The length of the boards shall not exceed the following "specifications" of the tree arrangement and grade. The length of the boards shall be flush at one end. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on May 3, 1993, November 1993 01 Implementation

4.2.3 To prevent the bundled boards from mildewing and decaying, corresponding treatment should be done before bundling. 4.2.4 The bundling T-tools use 20mm pull-out heavy-duty iron sheet bundling machines and clamps. 4.2.5 The bundling mold is two steel U-shaped bundling frames with adjustable spacing to meet the bundling needs of different material lengths. The opening size of the bundling frame is 1mm larger than the bottom size to ensure that the bundled boards can be smoothly unloaded from the frame. See Figure 1. S4H
Figure 1 Bundling frame
4.2.6 For bundles below 1.9m in length, two bundles are used; for bundles between 2 and 3.8m, four bundles are used: for bundles above 4m, four bundles are used. Bundle tightly and must not be loose. 4.2.7 The distance between the steel bundling belt and the end of the shed is 0.3m for bundles below 1.9m in length and 0. 4m, the length of steel strapping tape is distributed.
4.2.8 When strapping, pull the strapping frame apart and place it in appropriate positions according to the length of the board, and use it in pairs to make it parallel and neat. 4.2.9 According to the number and position of the steel strapping tape, place the corresponding support wood in the position flush with the strapping frame, and then place the boards, arranging them tightly and flatly.
4.2.10 When the boards are stacked and flush with the strapping frame, they should be placed on the village After the steel strapping belt passes through the wood slot, the two ends are aligned on the lining board, and the steel strapping belt is tightened by the strapping machine, and then the buckle is placed and tightened with the clamp. See Figure 2. Bundle
4.3 Mark
Figure 2 Bundling diagram
The end face of each bundle should be marked with the number, tree species, specification, grade and volume. Inverted strapping skirt
4.4 Bundling materials
GB/T 14309—93
4.4.1 The steel strapping belt adopts packaging steel belt, and the specification adopts VPPV-F0.80×19 in GB4173. 4.4.2 The buckle material adopts ordinary carbon steel, and the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 400V/mm2. The buckle specification thickness × width, mm: 0.80×19www.bzxz.net
4.4.3 The material requirements of the pads and lining boards shall comply with the provisions of the blue and other material defect limits in GB4817.2. 4.4.4 The overall dimensions of the pads are L××, mm, 780×60×80. 4.4.5 The dimensions of the groove at the bottom of the pads are width × depth, mm: 24×3, 4. 4.6 The overall dimensions of the board are L×6×, mmt780×100X20. 5 Test methods and requirements
5.1 Support drop test
During the test, the end of the bundled board is in contact with the ground, so that it is 60° to the ground and falls freely. The bundle is not broken. 5.2 Vertical drop test
During the test, the bundled board is freely dropped from a height of 1m above the ground. The bundle is not broken. 6 Inspection rules
The number of samples after bundling shall not be less than 3%~5% of the total number of bundles, and the number of bundles that are less than convex shall not be less than 3 bundles. If one bundle fails after random inspection, additional sampling inspection shall be conducted. If another bundle fails, the batch shall be considered unqualified. 7 Transportation, loading and unloading
7.1 Requirements for transportation of bundled boards
When transporting bundled boards, they should be able to withstand the horizontal impact caused by railway vehicle shunting and humpback release and connection. 7.2 During loading and unloading, the steel strapping of the shelf board is not allowed to be used as a lifting tool. 7.3 Loading and unloading train operations
7.3.1 The loading and reinforcement of bundled boards shall comply with the regulations of railway transportation. The height and width of cargo loading shall comply with the provisions of GB146. 7.3.2 When unloading the finished boards, cut the top line and the waist line of the bundle from top to bottom, cut one layer, unload one layer, and do not cut the upper and lower layers at the same time. 7.4 Loading and unloading ship operations
7.4.1 Appropriate loading and unloading machinery and tools should be selected for loading and unloading ship operations. 7.4.2 When logs and bundled boards are mixed, logs should be loaded first, and bundled boards should be loaded after leveling. 7.5 Loading and unloading car operations
Select appropriate loading and handling machinery and tools, make full use of the load and volume of the vehicle, load reasonably, and reinforce properly. Additional remarks:
