Length not exceeding 25mm, depth not exceeding 2mm is allowed to exist, but shall not exceed 2 places in the working surface. Working surface is not allowed to exist. In the non-working surface, the area does not exceed 15mm×15mm, the depth does not exceed 5mm, and 2 places with an area of no more than 1cm and a depth of no more than 2mm are allowed, but no more than 2 places are allowed in the working surface. Note: The defects listed in the table can be determined by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to similar situations. Test method
The dimensions of each component of the lining are measured with a steel ruler or a corresponding plate. 4.2
The physical and mechanical properties test of the lining is carried out in the following way. 3
Standard loss is the same as mm.bzmoso.cmHG2012—91
4.2.1 The sample is taken from the simplified village board or layering of the lining in accordance with the provisions of GB527. 4.2.2 The tensile strength, elongation at break and permanent deformation at break tests are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB528. 4.2.3 The hardness test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB531. 4.2.4 The Akron abrasion test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1689. 4.2.5 The resilience test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB1681. 4.2.6 The hot air aging test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3512. 4.3 The appearance quality of the lining shall be inspected by visual inspection and corresponding tools. 5 Acceptance rules
5.1 The lining shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard and a product quality certificate shall be issued before it can be shipped out of the factory. 5.2 The lining shall be checked for external dimensions and appearance quality piece by piece, and the dimensional deviation shall comply with the provisions of 3.2. Surface defects shall comply with the provisions of 3.4. 5.3 The inspection of the physical and mechanical properties of the lining shall be carried out once a month when the monthly output is less than 50t, twice a month when the monthly output is 50-100t, and three times a month when the monthly output is greater than 100. During the inspection, a group of samples shall be randomly selected with the output less than 50t as a batch and tested in accordance with the provisions of 3.3 and 4.2. If all the test results are qualified, it is a qualified product. If two or more items are unqualified, it is an unqualified product. If one item is unqualified, double samples can be taken from the batch of products for retesting of the unqualified items. If the retest is qualified, it is a qualified product. If the retest is still unqualified, it is an unqualified product.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1. The lining should be marked with model, specification, standard number, manufacturer name, trademark, batch number and inspection mark on the non-working surface of each component. The mark should be clear and durable.
6.2 The lining should be packed in racks or wooden boxes according to type and specification. The packaging should meet the transportation requirements and user requirements. Each package should be attached with a label and quality certificate. The quality certificate should include the following contents: product name;
Specification, quantity:
Factory time,www.bzxz.net
d. Manufacturer name,
Inspection mark.
6.3 When storing, the linings should be classified and stacked stably, with a stacking height not exceeding 1.5m. The temperature of the warehouse should be maintained between -20 and +35℃, the relative humidity should be 50% to 80%, and it should be 1m away from the heat source. The storage time should be turned over after 6 months. During storage and transportation, it should be kept away from the sun and rain, and should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils and other substances that are harmful to rubber. 6.4 Under the conditions specified in 6.3, the product should comply with the provisions of this standard within one year from the date of manufacture. Appendix A
General Working Conditions of Mill Rubber Lining
(Reference)
A1 The lining specified in this standard should not be used at high temperatures, and the temperature in the mill should generally not exceed 70℃. A2 The grinding body can be steel balls, steel rods, gravel, etc. The diameter of the steel ball is not more than 80mm, the diameter of the steel hammer is not more than 100mm, and the diameter of the gravel is not more than 350mm.
A3 lining is used for medium-hard or above ore mills, and the feed particle size is not more than 15mm. The mill speed should not exceed 75% to 80% of the critical speed. A4
The material slurry should be close to neutral.
A6 lining is divided into S and G types according to physical and mechanical properties. S type is suitable for grinding mills with smaller hardness and particle size of grinding materials, such as ceramics, wet cement, and grinding mills in the phosphate fertilizer industry. G type is suitable for grinding mills with larger hardness and particle size of grinding materials, such as the second-stage grinding mill in the metallurgical and mining industries. The comprehensive performance of A7 lining is not only determined by the physical and mechanical properties of rubber, but also the appropriate structural type and specification of lining should be selected according to the different use conditions of the mill.
