QB/T2289.3---1997 This standard is formulated on the basis of the former Ministry of Light Industry standards SG118-1978 "Rare Fruit Shears", SG119--1978 "Mulberry Branch Shears", SG120--1978 "Mulberry Leaf Shears" and SG121-1978 "High Branch Shears". This standard makes corresponding adjustments to the basic dimensions and technical requirements of the products, and unifies the inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6867--1986 "Inspection Rules, Marking and Packaging of Gardening Tools". H 4.1.3 R of the surface roughness of the polished part. The value should not be greater than 12.5μm, and the R value of the surface roughness of other parts should not be greater than 25μm. 4.1.4 The surface of the blackened part should have a uniform black oxide layer, and there should be no bottom exposure. 4.2 Hardness The hardness of the large shears of the high branch shears should not be less than 54HRC, and the hardness of the small shears should not be less than 50HRC. 4.3 Performance 4.3.1 The blade of the high branch shears should be sharp, the blade line should be neat, and there should be no chipping or curling. 4.3.2 The shear head of the high branch shears should be flexible to open and close, and the shear blade should not be over-edged after closing. 4.3.3 The shear spring of the high branch shears should be able to stretch to 120mm under the action of 150N. 5 Test method 5.1 Dimension inspection The dimensions of the high branch shears are inspected using general measuring tools and special pallets. 5.2 Surface quality inspection 5.2.1 The surface quality of the high branch shears shall be inspected visually. 5.2.2 The surface roughness of the high branch shears shall be inspected by comparison with the surface roughness standard block. 5.2.3 The blackened part of the high branch shears shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB5936. 5.3 Hardness test The hardness of the high branch shears shall be tested in the area shown in Figure 2 in accordance with the provisions of GB/T230. 663 5.4 Performance test QB/T2289.31997 Figure 2 Hardness test area 5.4.1 The opening and closing flexibility of the shear head of the high branch shears shall be inspected by hand feel. 5.4.2 When the full cutting blade of the high branch shears is used to cut the C-level copy paper specified in GB/T 1911, the cut surface shall be smooth and neat, and there shall be no pulling or tearing. 5.4.3 Commercial branch shears should be able to smoothly cut live branches with a diameter of 10mm under a force of 100N. 5.4.4 The tensile test of shear springs using a special testing machine must comply with the provisions of 4.3.3. 6 Inspection rules The inspection rules for products shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1 of GB/T6867-1986. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of products shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB/T6867-1986. 664 T KAoNi KAca Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
