National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test methods for the properties of glass fibre reinforced cementThe properties of impact resistance1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method for the impact strength of glass fiber reinforced cement. GB/T15231.5-94 This standard is applicable to the determination of the impact strength of alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced cement paste or mortar (referred to as GRC). 2 Instruments 2.1 Impact testing machine: pendulum impact testing machine, the testing machine base must be placed horizontally and tightly connected to the foundation, and the testing machine body must not shake. 2.2 Vernier caliper: reading value 0.02mm. 3 Test piece 3.1 The test piece is 120mm long, 50mm wide and 10mm thick. 3.2 The specimens must be cut from the middle of the GRC plate with a thickness of 10±2mm along the direction estimated to be the strongest and the vertical direction. Each group of specimens consists of 6 pieces (two groups in both directions have a total of 12 pieces). 3.3 The surface of the specimen must be flat and must not have obvious defects and cracks. The thickness change of the specimen must not exceed 1mm along the width direction and 2mm along the length direction. 3.4 The specimens are cured for 26 days under the conditions of 20±3℃ and relative humidity above 80%, and then placed in a well-ventilated room for 48 hours to make them in an air-dried state before testing. 4 Test conditions The test is carried out indoors at 20±5℃. 5 Test steps 5.1 Select an appropriate pendulum, the distance from the center of the specimen to the pendulum axis is 470mm, and the span is 70mm. Check and adjust the position of the passive pointer and the active pointer, and then carry out the empty strike test. Generally speaking, the impact energy consumed by the specimen should be between 20% and 80% of the maximum energy of the pendulum. 5.2 The specimen should fit closely with the supporting surface of the vertical main span. The front of 3 of the 6 specimens in each group faces the impact load, and the back of the other 3 specimens faces the impact load. 5.3 During the test, there should be no interference that affects the free fall of the pendulum and the stability of the fuselage. 5.4 After breaking the specimen, measure the width and thickness of the specimen at the fracture with an accuracy of 0.1mm. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on September 24, 1994, and implemented on June 1, 1995 Result calculation and evaluation 6.1 Calculate the impact strength according to the following formula: W—dial reading, i.e., impact energy J; b—fracture width of the specimen, mm; dfracture thickness of the specimen, mm. GB/T 15231.5—94 ba×10 6.2 The result is expressed as the average value of 6 specimens, accurate to 0.1kJ/m2. Test report The test report must include the following contents: Type, size, age and curing conditions of the specimen; a. Average impact strength; Test date, unit and personnel. bzxZ.net Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by the State Building Materials Industry Bureau.
